A Brilliant Holiday

Absolutely fabulous apartment, the pictures do not do it justice. You could live on the terrace, as it gets the sun all day, and it is not over-looked. Very well furnished, modern, with a great kitchen. We would not hesitate to go again, and would recommend it to friends and family.
It is up a fairly steep hill, and next time we would probably hire a car for a couple of days. If you are landing at Faro, it costs about 30 Euros for a pre-booked private hire, (which we found to be cheaper than a taxi) so it might be better to book a car on arrival, and stock up with essentials on the way to the flat.
It is in a quiet neighbourhood, but about 5 to 10 minutes downhill to the centre of the old town.

we had a wonderful holiday at this apartment.the children 7,13 and 15 loved the pool.the views were fantastic!we hired a car and the lift went directly from underground carpark up to 2nd floor so great for shopping or days at the beach with a boot full.it was a pleasant 10-15min walk down to the old town where there are some fantastic restaurants and a street full of bars.the kids non alcohol cocktails were a hit.there is entertainment in the square every evening .if you also want to eat in the apartment had basics(take cork screw with you).we would definately go back.
