The Villa/Town house is on a small development on the outskirts of Dolores de Pacheco and Roda. The property has been furnished to a high standard and benefits from a communal swimming pool. It is situated approx 1.5k metres from Roda Golf Club, and is just a few minutes drive from the beautiful sandy beaches of the Mar Menor and its coastal towns including Los Alcazares. The towns in the Mar Menor region date back to the 14th century and are very popular with tourists for their extensive cultural, leisure and shopping facilities. Cartagena and Murcia each within a 30 minute drive, offer the cosmopolitan atmosphere of the big cities. The property is situated in the centre of what is now known throughout Europe as the ‘New Costa Golf’. There are more than 10 golf courses within a 30 minute drive. The Mar Menor is a paradise for sunbathing and water sports to be enjoyed all year round.

Beach, town centre bars and restaurants are all within a couple of minutes drive. There is a fabulous choice of local and international cuisine at very reasonable prices. The Mar Menor is renowned for it crystal clear waters and blue flag beaches. Roda Golf is only 1.5 kms from the property, with its 18 hole championship golf course. There are 9 additional golf courses within 30 minutes drive, including the famous La Manga courses. Los Alcazares town is a couple of minutes by car, as is the beautiful Mar Menor blue flag beaches. Within 20 to 30 minutes drive you can reach the La Manga strip, the historic town of Cartagena and Murcia which has beautiful architecture, shops including two large shopping malls. Excellent local markets can be found in the area. There is an Aqua Park at Torrevieja and Animal Park in Elche.
