This beautiful villa is set in a quiet rural location in the unspoilt village of El Roque [ 1 km from El Cotillo ]. El Roque is a typically peaceful Canarian village. Including in its many charms are the beautiful church and plaza which during 'Fiesta' times proves to be a perfect meeting place for locals and visitors a like! El Roque has its own small shop selling all basic essentials and the bar/ restaurant ' La Higuera'. The nearby fishing village of El Cotillo is only approx 5mins drive or a pleasent 25 mins walk away. El Cotllo contains many different restaurants including a chinese, Italian and of course some specialising in locally caught fish and typical Canarian dishes. El Cotillo also has many bars some of which look over 2 harbours with stunning views and amazing sunsets. El Cotllo has local shops and 3 supermarkets, 1 bank + cash points. El Cotillo is home to the sheltered crystal clear lagoons perfect for families and couples a like, and the stunning surfbeach.

Notes: The perfect accommodation for families, groups or couples with the need to get away from it all but still close enough to the numerous restaurants, bars and beaches of El Cotillo ( 5 min approx) or the tourist resort of Corralejo (15 mins approx) with its bustling night life, water park and local market, if the need takes you. The overall accommodation is extremely spacious and of a very high standard. With its vaulted ceiling and many large windows and doors the villa has a wonderful light and airy feel. For children: we have provided a Playstation with a few games, DVDs, books and toys. For safety, pool area can be secured. The villa is built on one level so is wheelchair accessible. Although the villa itself is non smoking, smoking is permitted outside and ashtrays are provided on the sun terraced areas. We invite you to spend your next holiday in this beautiful villa. It is a real home from home with more than a hint of luxury and of course glorious weather ENJOY!

Keeping the children happy!: Because we have a family ourselves ,we know how difficult it can be to keep them entertained 24/7!!!!!! So bearing this in mind we have provided a selection of things to help keep them occupied, including: Playstation 2, Playstation games, Dvds, Toys, Bodyboards, Beach tents and Beach toys. Included in the property are cots plus bedding and a highchair [please advise when needed]. Also provided is a selection of plastic cutlery, plates and cups . Ideal for children and the beach. We all know the dangers concerning pools and small children. I `m pleased to say that our beautiful indoor/ outdoor pool can be completly secured when required ,giving you total safety and peace of mind .

Departure and arrival: On day of arrival the villa is available from 4pm. On day of departure the villa must be vacated by 10am unless previously arranged Length of stay is negotiable.

Other Activities: Water park, tenpin bowling, walking, local market, Kite surfing

The perfect holiday!

We have just got back from staying in this lovely villa. With our ages ranging from 6mths - 57yrs it suited us all perfectly
With regard to the children , the owners had thought of everything even down to buckets and spades!
We all had a fantastic time and can`t wait to go back next year.

Perfect Holidays!

We've been the first time on Fuerteventura - and we will come back soon. Especially, when you stay in a house like this! Every room and every party of the house is perfect, lovely and useful. The area is wonderfull aswell - near to beaches & restaurants of El Cotillo and in a quiet area of the island. Thanks a lot for these 10 beautiful days!

If you want to experience something out of Kevin McCloud's 'Grand Designs' this is for you.
Stunning contemporary architectural design ! complete with superb wetroom bathrooms with huge 12" shower heads, hansgrohe taps in all bathrooms.
Beautifully kitted out kitchen diner with fantastic fittings, all clean and new, not to mention a gorgeous indoor pool that becomes almost outdoor when you open the snazzy concertina folding doors.

The friendly owners have thought of everything.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this well maintained,bright and airy villa and woud highly recommend to families and couples.
