The large and light apartment was rented for the first time in 2006 and it is 5 minutes by car from the idyllic bathing bay Cala Pi and 300 meters from the see. The apartment belongs to a small residence with two floors. The resistance is fascinating with its Mediterranean style. It has 3 separate large buildings, so that you never get the impression of narrowness. The apartment has 2 bedrooms (one with a double bed and one with two single beds) and 2 bathrooms en suite. From the great balcony and from the 90 square meters large sun terrace, which belongs to the apartment, you have an excellent view upon the sea. On clear days, you have a clear view of the cost of the island Cabrera.

If you are looking for rest and recovery, you are perfectly right in this region. Vallgornera is a small settlement, apart from mass tourism. In 5 minutes you can reach the cliffy coast. You can directly reach the sea. Near the apartment, there is a restaurant. Vallgornera is near the village Cala Pi. Cala Pi is well known for the romantic bathing bay. There you can find typical Majorcan restaurants and everything you need. You can find more excellent restaurants and shopping facilities in Sa Rapita, 15 minutes from Vallgornera. In Sa Rapita you can find yacht marina. In a few minutes by car, you can reach the huge nature beach, Es Trenc. Because of the good location of Vallgornera you can easily explore the whole island during a 1 day excursion.

Attraktive, kinderfreundliche Ferienwohnung

Die Buchung und Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war reibungslos, Antworten auf Fragen an den Vermieter kamen innerhalb kurzer Zeit,
Übergabe der Wohnung war gut vorbereitet,
Wohnung war sehr sauber und sehr gut eingerichtet,
Umgebung war sehr ruhig, Pool der Anlage sehr angenehm, Auto ist allerdings notwendig, da Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Strände nicht zu Fuss erreichbar sind, wir haben uns insgesamt sehr wohlgefühlt, d. h. diese Unterkunft kann ich sehr weiterempfehlen

Sie haben recht wenn Sie sagen, dass ein Auto notwendig ist. Die Ferienanlage liegt abseits vom Tourismus. Deshalb empfehlen wir in der Beschreibung der Ferienwohnung auch einen Mietwagen.

Die Wohnung war super! Nach schönen Ausflügen an die Süd-Westküste mit dem kristallklarem Wasser kamen wir gerne in die sehr gut ausgestattete Wohnung zurück!
Der Balkon, die Dachterrasse, der fast immer leere Pool
tragen zur Entspannung bei!
Es war wirklich ein rundum gelungener Urlaub.

Wir denken immer wieder gerne an Mallorca zurück !!!

Perfekte Ferienwohnung! Fantastische Umgebung!

Eine tolle, gut ausgestattete Wohnung in einer sehr schönen kleinen Anlage. Der Pool war immer angenehm leer. Als absoluten Luxus empfanden wir Waschmaschine und Trockner.
Das absolute Highlight ist die eigene, riesige Dachterrasse mit fantastischem Blick auf ein türkisfarbenes Mittelmeer.
Danke für den schnellen und reibungslosen Ablauf!
Ihr Feriendomizil hält das, was die Bilder und die Beschreibung im Internet versprechen!
Eines steht jetzt schon fest, wir kommen wieder!!!
