Notes: Mijas villa has a large pool bar and built in BBQ, all with seating areas, plenty of sun loungers to soak up the sun in the beautifully matured large gardens. There are plenty of sofas, table & chairs for dining and your entertainment on the large terraces where you can truly capture the breathtaking views by day or night of the Mediterranean, Fuengirola, Los Boliches and as far as Gibraltar. Mijas villa has 2000 sq mtrs which is a must to walk around and explore and capture all the different views of the Costa, most parties tell us they spend a lot of their time at the villa as it has all the entertainment they need within the grounds. The villa now has a pool table for your entertainment.

Golf: If you're a golfer, you've come to the right place. This is the golfing Mecca of Europe with nearly 60 courses in Andalucia including 30 along the coast. Championship courses include Valderrama, host to the 1997 Ryder Cup, Torrequebrada which has hosted many world class tournaments including the Spanish Open, Alhaurin El Grande with its two 18-hole courses designed by Seve Ballesteros.

An Excellent Week in a Fantastic Villa

We have just returned from a week stay at Villa Mijas.

In total there were 19 of us, 16 adults and 3 young children, you might think that it would be have been somewhat overcrowded but this villa accommodated us very comfortably!

Mark, the housekeeper, who lives adjacent to the property (who you never see unless you want to), is on hand to help with any problems, directions, lift to shops, local attractions or airport runs. No waiting or calls to the villa owner or calls to the holiday company - any issues (of which we had none) are dealt with there and then!

If the stunning views from all levels of this villa, the sunshine, or the pool, are not enough for you, then there are lots to do outside of the villa.

Mijas is just a short distance up the hill with numerous great bars & restaurants. There is also an excellent Thai restaurant adjacent to the villa where the food is fantastic! Marbella or porto Buenos are all in easy reach.

All in all a great week in a great location - if you are thinking twice about this place - there is no need to - just book it!

Website does not do this property the justice it deserves, when we arrived we were wowed by the sea views, layout/spacious rooms, tranquility and the lovely surroundings. Any minor problems were dealt with immediately by Mark, who was extremely helpful in all aspects. We all had a very enjoyable, relaxing stay and would definitely recoommend this property to friends. Close to amenities, bus services if required, bus stop just outside on main road, not far from the Old Mijas Village, which was delightful. . Only drawback is that we would not recommend children under five by the poolside unless rigourously supervised. Our youngest being six had a great time and can swim. Dawn & Mark have been excellent in all aspects. Donald & Maria

The villa was perfect for our stay; sunbeds provided around the pool, lovely large BBQ. Amazing views from the balcony. Perfect for relaxing and close to Fuengirola and Benalmedina for dinner/nights out.

The owner was flexible, reasonable and happy to help as much as possible.
