• A £100 deposit is required to secure booking this also covers insurance against accidental damage/loss. I is paid over and above all other charges. This will be returned within 2 weeks of vacating property once inventory check has been competed. A 55 euro charge is to be paid to key holder at meet and greet to cover departure clean. Should you stay for a period of more than 1 week then a further 25 euro charge is payable for a mid-stay change of linen and towels.
  
• Full payment must be made 8 weeks prior to arrival date or at time of booking if less than 8 weeks prior to arrival date. Full terms & conditions are available on request

Golf on Polaris World Courses

There are presently 3, 18 hole courses open with a further 3 being developed. In all there will be a total of 9 courses when complete and during high season Polaris offers a courtesy shuttle service between the courses. Staying at this apartment allows golfers a discount on green fees. Handicaps certificates are required on all the present courses.
