A modern holiday apartment with a shared pool, only 50 meters from a sandy beach and 400 meters from the picturesque fishing village Marzamemi. The holiday residence is new and has a big pool that is in use from the 28th March to 31 October. The climate in the extreme southeast of Sicily makes the place ideal for a stay at any time of the year. It is almost always sunny, also in winter. Marzamemi has a small port with vividly painted boats, a promenade with restaurants and pizzeria's and a village square where the Sicilians enjoy their evening walk. The apartment lies on the second floor (without elevator) and consists of a double bedroom, a modern bathroom and a living room with a double sofa bed, a dining table and an open kitchen. The very large balcony offers a view on the sea and on a tiny island with a red house. The ingredients beach, sea view, swimming pool, picturesque village and a modern furnishing make the property a perfect destination for a good price.

Marzamemi is an ancient fishing village in the extreme southeast of Sicily with a small port and vividly painted boats. The tradition of all things marine is still very much alive in Marzamemi today. Only recently has it become a popular destination for Italians who enjoy the combination of the area’s natural beaches and the vibrancy of an authentic coastal village. The village boasts many restaurants, pizzerias and shops selling delicious local produce such as locally caught and processed tuna and swordfish or the famous cherry tomatoes from nearby Pachino. San Lorenzo, 2 km up north, marks the beginning of one of the most beautiful stretches of the Sicilian coast. Here the shore is characterised by golden sand beaches, turquoise seas and white limestone rocks. San Lorenzo borders on the natural reserve of ‘Vendicari’. Here you’ll find a breathtaking variety of Mediterranean flora and fauna, exotic beaches and Byzantine ruins.
