This is a lovely, comfortable 2 bedroomed apartment which is situated in the old residential neighbourhood Alexandre III, just opposite the famous Russian Orthodox Church, it is located between the Basse Califonie and the Central area of Cannes. The apartment is serviced well by local specialist deli, butchers, boulangerie etc, and it is very convenient for the Beaches of the Croisette as well as the Center of town and the Rue d'Antibes, Palais des festivals and all the other attractions of Cannes. The apartment itself is on the 1st floor of a period 1920’s building (there are only 6 apartments in total).

The apartment itself is on the 1st floor of a period 1920’s building (there are only 6 apartments in total), and it is a large apartment, decorated in an mix of contemporary and Provencal style. The living area has large open-up windows, a mid-sized balcony and wooden floors which make for a light, open ambiance in the living room. There is a double sofa-bed in the living area too, for extra people sleeping over! There are 2 bedrooms which are both doubles with lots of storage space in each. The bathroom and kitchen are perfectly well apportioned, the bathroom is modern, tiled and has a large shower and a separate toilet. There is one flight of stairs into the apartment, no light and there is a cot for babies. The apartment is south facing, the midday sun and evening sun shin directly into the living room, all rooms have blinds and canapes to shelter from sun. The dining table seats 6. There is a children's park directly behind the apartment and several small stores.

This is a lovely, comfortable 2 bedroomed apartment which is situated in the old residential neighbourhood Alexandre III, just opposite the famous Russian Orthodox Church, it is located between the Basse Califonie and the Central area of Cannes. If you are there for the festival it is only 20 minutes walk along the Croisette. The apartment is serviced well by local specialist deli, butchers, boulangerie etc, and it is very convenient for the Beaches of the Croisette as well as the Center of town and the Rue d'Antibes, Palais des festivals and all the other attractions of Cannes. The Apartment is very well serviced for bus routes, the Bus from Nice Airport stops close to the apartment. There are a choice of several beaches all very close to the apartment, from the busy croisette beach to the beaches of Palm Beach. Close to the apartment are several delis, specializing in regional ingredients and cuisine, perfect if you don't want to do too much cooking!
