Our fully air conditioned 3 bedroom family home is set in a secluded and peaceful conservation area. On nights you choose to stay home and cook you have the choice of the fully equipped kitchen or the poolside BBQ. You will find the pool area perfect for those moments needed for 'chilling out'. The master bedroom is tastefully decorated and has double doors leading out onto the pool area. Off the master is our newly installed and decorated en-suite incorporating twin sinks, a large shower and WC. The second bedroom has a queen size bed with large built in wardrobes. The 3rd bedroom is 'the kids room' with twin beds and built in wardrobe space. All bedrooms have TV's with cable. The living room boasts a huge 50' TV with cable. In the main bathroom you will find a bath, single sink and WC. The garage is being used as a games room with a snooker table. Only 15 mins drive from Disney and 25 mins from Universal and Sea World. This is the perfect setting for your holiday.

Situated in prestigious community of Eagle Pointe. It is easy to forget how close you are to the parks and restaurants when returning home after a hard day at the parks. This villa is perfectly placed for easy access to Disney, which is a mere 15 minute drive and the Universal Studios parks which are only 25 minutes away. Only minutes away from the popular 192 where you will find restaurants, shops and super markets. If you fancy a break from the parks the closest beach is only 50 miles away or you can venture further to the beautiful beach at Clearwater which also boasts and exciting night life. The designer outlets are a stones throw away so don't forget your credit card!!

This is a beautifully decorated and well maintained home.
The house looks to have been completely renovated from the floors up. The bathrooms were extremely clean and nicely fixtured. Nice pool for cooling off with a lot of room around the pool for the chairs and tables. I would rent this house again. The owner was very informative and helpfull and the price was perfect for a house within 15 minutes of
Disney.

Great location for all attractions including parks, golf, restaurants & pubs. The house is exactly as described and shown on the website. I would stay here again and would recommend it.

Beautiful villa

We had a fantastic holiday in your villa. It is beautifully decorated. It was immaculate when we arrived and we hope we left it clean. The pool was lovely to cool off in after visiting the parks. Very handy for walmart and restaurants on the 192. We used the osceola parkway which took you to Disney in 10 minutes. Universal was about 20 mins. To get to the villa we found it easier to go on to the Poinciana Blvd just after Walmart on the 535 then you go across the 192 and down to Eagle Pointe rather than on to the 192 then the Oren Brown Road, which is easy to miss. Hope to be back soon.

Excellent Villa in great location

The property was fantastic - it had every amenity you could wish for -a lovely pool and BBQ area and we all loved the games room.

The house itself was immaculately clean and well-furnished - a TV in every room too!!

Best thing was the location, only a couple of minutes from Highway 192, and genuinely only 15 minutes from Disney parks.

Would highly recommend the property to anyone.

Firstly, I would like to say thanks to Jo for allowing us to use her home for our vacation. This is a excellent place to stay, especially since it is so close to everything. The maintance crew she has hired to keep her place clean are an awsome group of people.

We had a wonderful vacation and cannot wait to visit next year. Weather was exceptionally wonderful.

To those whom are booking or looking to book this is a wonderful choice.
