Additional information about rental rates

  • Upon arrival the property manager will ask you to pay a security deposit. The security deposit will be returned to you prior to your departure minus any extra charges or accidental damages to the property.
    To be paid at the property: electricity according to consumption.
    To be paid at the property: LPG according to consumption.
  • Booking deposit: 30% of the total price, not refundable. The rest 70%, cash at the check-in.
    The apartment is rented on a weekly basis (Saturday to Saturday - we have some flexibility with change-over day during low season, please ask). There is a charge of 40 euros for cleaning the apartment after the check-out. Sheets and towels are available upon request and the cost is 10 euros per person per week.

The population of 20,000 swells to over 60,000 during July and August. The mood is lustful. The fall with the harvest season is spectacular. The spring with it's wild flowers is simply romantic.
