This brand new villa is ideal for young families or couples. Just 100 metres from the beach, it is part of an exclusive development with its own private access road and gate. The peaceful location offers quiet relaxing holidays but is only two minutes' walk from bars, shops and restaurants. The villa has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (1 en-suite), 1 downstairs cloakroom, luxury fitted kitchen, air conditioning and central heating. The interior is equipped with plasma flat screen TV,DVD and PS2 while outside there is a private swimming pool with BBQ, garden chairs, recliners, tables and parasols.Very high specification with contemporary design and quality appliances. This is a special place as there are so few villas to rent where everything is within walking distance but it is safe,and managed by a dedicated couple who will ensure the comfort of your stay. We have reduced prices significantly from last summer due to the credit crunch - upto £200 cheaper than our neighbours. Enjoy it!

The villa is 100 metres from Pernera beach - awarded Blue Flag status for its clean and safe waters. Watersports include wind-surfing, water skiing, para-sailing, canoeing and speed boat rentals. The shallow sandy coves are perfect for snorkeling and scuba diving and safe for children. There is a well-managed water-park 15 minutes walk away with permanent life guards. Pernera itself is a small, upmarket location. Two minutes’ walk away are restaurants with fabulous local cuisine and a supermarket for self-catering. Friendly hotels welcome visitors for lunch by the pool and offer family entertainment in the evening. Protaras’ vibrant nightlife is 3km away and the better known Ayia Napa is 10km. The coastline offers wonderful touring and magnificent sites associated with the island's Greek, Roman, and Ottoman history. A short drive away are historic Salamis and Famagusta with its spectacular ruins, amphitheatre and mosaics.

  • We have reduced our prices more than £100 from last year due to the credit crunch whilst our neighbours have not, so we hope you will find the new prices acceptable. A security/damage deposit of £150 is required to confirm your booking and will be returned within 2 weeks of check out subject to the house being left in a good state. We make a reasonable allowance for use of air conditioning but reserve the right to charge you extra if you use it excessively such as by leaving it on when you are out.
