This brand new apartment is located in the village of Muo which is a 15 minute stroll to the World Heritage listed, medieval, walled town of Kotor with its variety of cafes, bars restaurants and shops. The property has 2 balconies overlooking the bay, air conditioning, satellite TV, fully integrated kitchen with top of the range appliances including a dishwasher a large bedroom with fitted wardrobes plus an allocated space in the private car park. A utility room houses the washing machine. The apartment is ideal for lazy days relaxing by the pool or as a base for an activity packed holiday. The village of Muo lies on the Bay of Kotor overlooking the UNESCO World Heritage Site of Kotor. The town combines old with new with cathedrals dating back to the 12th century next to modern boutiques. The marina is situated at the entrance to Kotor which is dominated by the Fort built high above the town. Climb to the top and you will be rewarded with magnificent views of the fjord and beyond.

Located in the village of Muo on the Bay of Kotor on the Adriatic Sea. Close to beaches, mountains and the Unesco World Heritage town of Kotor. The ideal place from which to explore the spectacular scenery that Montenegro has to offer from vast sandy beaches to mountains, lakes, canyons and National parks. Historical churches and monuments are to be found at every turn and Montenegrin festivals take place throughout the year. Sports facilities include tennis, cycling and numerous water based activities including white water rafting on the River Tara. Night life is also a walk away with casinos and nightclubs in kotor, or relax in the evening at a restaurant overlooking the bay. Within walking distance of the bus station, marina, shops, banks, supermarket and cafes Muo is the perfect place to base your holiday. The private swimming pool provides the perfect place to cool down after a strenuous day visiting one of the many famous attractions including Sveti Stefan.

Thanks Annie for a wonderful holiday. The apartment was wonderful. Very clean and well maintained and everything in there for our use. As we had been to Montenegro in previous years, we had done a lot of sightseeing. We hired a car at Dubrovnik and it wasn't used for 2 weeks until we were coming home!!! We used the local buses which were cheap and reliable. 1 euro to Perast and 3 euros to Budva.. The taxis were also cheap and many of the drivers would stop and pick us up to go up the hill to the apartment and not charge. The restaurants were all good and we only found the Ellas restaurant in the old town on our last night-splendid. The caretaker of the apartment was also wonderful as I had a back problem whilst there and he took me to the hospital and arranged injections for me which eased the pain-so very kind and helpful. Thank you Annie. I would definately recommend your apartment as it was in an ideal location and we loved the walk to the old town.

A Wonderful Holiday

The apartment is beautifully situated overlooking such dramatic scenery. The views are simply stunning and it is lovely to sit on the balcony watching the cruise ships coming and going. It is very quiet, peaceful and relaxing. The apartmjent is equipped with everything you might need for a very comfortable holiday. It's new, clean and a delight to spend time here.
A 20 minute walk away is Kotor - an interesting and atmospheric town, where we went every night of the holiday. It's really enjoyable to walk around the narrow streets before choosing a restuarant. I recommend Santa Scala and the Cittadella in the main square- friendly and inexpensive.
It takes time to get used to driving! But I would recommend the drive over the mountains to Centinje. Hairpins! Views! Stop off in Njegusi for a coffee before braving the next set of hairpins. Centinje is quiet and quaint and the Russian Embassy now has interesting art work in its grounds. Hogar - a pleasant little bar - makes lovely food, including the best pancakes I have ever tasted! We only booked a week. This was a mistake; it wasn't long enough. Going back on the ferry (another interesting feature of this holiday), a coach became stuck; it couldn't get on or off. I was hoping this would delay us so I would miss my flight and I could stay longer!
All queries were always dealt with very promptly and efficiently by the owner. I cannot recommend this apartment and this setting in such an historic place enough.

A lovely experience

Just returned from 9 days in Muo. We loved the apartment - it is accurately represented on the web-site although the views are far better than we ever expected. Several evenings we could not drag ourselves away from the balcony as the skies darkened and the lights went on in Kotor - really beautiful. The flat was very clean, very well equipped and comfortable and, even though we sadly had poor weather (very unusual) for some of the time, we always felt comfortable and cosy in the flat.

Annie provided excellent customer service, always responding immediately to queries and giving plenty of information and help.

We liked very much walking into Kotor to the market, had an amazing day driving through the mountains and having the air-dried ham and local cheese in the little village high up on the mountain pass. Loved Perast and Przno - our favourite meal was at Przno in Kanoba More - a fish restaurant where I had seen the owner buy the fish an hour or two earlier from the local fisherman. We sat immediately by the water's edge eating the freshest food as the sun went down behind the mountains - and still affordable! In fact, the low cost of living made the poor exchange rate at the moment very easy to deal with.

Having never been to this area of Europe before, it was well worth a visit and we would both highly recommend the apartment.

Beautiful, spacious apartment with stunning views

I'm just back from a week's stay at this apartment. The location is fantastic as it is directly opposite the old town of Kotor and the views are amazing, especially as night when the town is light-up. It's also within walking distance of Kotor. The apartment itself has everything you could possibly need even down to DVD's and books! Although I didn't get to use it there is a swimming in the development and a private parking space. Both of these are a real added bonus to anyone staying. The apartment was exceptionally clean and felt very homely and was beautifully decorated with some very nice artistic touches. I would definitely recommend the apartment to anyone without hesitation. I had a fantastic time.

TRULY AMAZING

This is a perfect place for anyone wishing to enjoy the true REST and HOLIDAY spirit!
This is no doubt a HOME away from home, no reservations.
The apartment is perfectly kept and maintainted. All the instructions are provided by the wonderful host. There are all possible recommendations of what to do and see around.
One thing is for sure - car is a must! There is private parking spot, this is a rarety.
As for the grocery shopping - we've discovered the local market by the side of the Kotor wall, and after that we forgot that there is such thing as supermarket. If you are ready to taste 100% fat cottage cheese )) fruits and vegetables in the middle of the winter(!), and ALL other kinds of food which are cheaper than in the stores - just go there!
Old town of Kotor has the spirit of centuries brought into the present. A lot to see and experience, from the services in the different Churches to the modern days cinema and night club.
Someone said that it's hard to describe the true beauty of things. This applies fully to this place. Just come and experience by yourself. You will want to come back before you even left the place.

The last but not the least thing to mention is the owner! The communication was the most pleasent experience. Prompt, precise and complete. I wish more owners where like her!
