Newly built luxury apartment located on the ground floor in a modern apartment block in a quiet central area. The apartment features 3 large bedrooms - 1 double and 2 triples, a fully-fiited kitchen and open plan living space with a large sofa and dining area seating up to 8 people. There is also a large flatscreen TV with cable channels. There are 2 separate bahrooms: 1 fitted with a shower and toilet, 1 fitted with a shower over bath and a toilet. From the apartment you can walk out on to the outside patio area and garden. There is a BBQ available and also seating for up to 10 people. There are also many varied activities available on the valley floor for example floodlit cross-country skiing, tobogganing, and hiking. The resort is also very attractive in summer. There are two well-prepared golf courses, the newly built Tauern Spa and the many mountain lakes including the lake of Zell am See where you can sail or windsurf or just relax and view the surrounding mountains and snow-capped glacier.
