Traditional Canarian house with Private Pool
Los Patios is a traditional Canarian house built around a central courtyard. A further flower-bedded courtyard has a large solar heated pool and secluded sunbathing terraces, BBQ and shaded dining area. The main bedroom has an extra large canopied double bed and shower room en-suite. Bedrooms 2 and 3 are interconnecting and have a 4 poster bed and 2 singles respectively; bed 4 has twin beds and bed 5 has 3 single beds. There is a 2nd. bathroom in the courtyard and a shower/wc on the pool terrace.The spacious, high ceilinged sitting room is comfortably furnished and provides satellite T.V., DVD , CD player etc. The large kitchen/breakfast room is also fully equipped.Finally some amusements are provided on the pool terrace; currently table football and a fun size pool table

We are just 10 mins. drive away from the beaches of Puerto del Carmen which vary from little rocky coves to huge expanses of white sand and 35 mins. from the black beaches of El Golfo and the West coast. Also a 10 min. drive is the wine growing area of La Geria where many bodegas offer the chance to sample tthe local wine. The exclusive international marina of Puerto Calero is also a 10 min. drive where a fabulous selection of yachts may be viewed over a meal or a drink. Tias just 5 mins. drive from Conil has several restaurants,bars, banks and a petrol station. Conil itself boasts 2 tapas bars and a supermarket all within a 5 min. walk
