This brand new 2 bed 2 bath luxury roof garden apartment is situated in the beautiful village of Tala with its quaint square where everyone gathers for coffee & drinks to while away the hours. The apartment is in a small block of 8 houses and 4 apartments with a swimming pool with shower and changing rooms. There are 2 covered balconies and the roof garden has 360 degree views of the sea and inland mountain villages making it perfect for a barbecue where you will experience wonderful sunsets and later the twinkling lights of the mountain villages, sipping a glass of local wine from the Sterna winery in nearby Kathikas. Tsada golf course is just a 15 minute drive away and the sandy beach at Coral Bay only 7 minutes . The apartment is furnished with quality Italian furniture for your comfort.

Tala is a quiet traditional Cypriot village located in the Paphos district of Cyprus and 35 minutes drive from Paphos airport. Kato Paphos is a small charming harbour town nearby with hundreds of restaurants and bars for a more lively evening. Paphos has one of the warmest climates in the Mediterranean. The apartment is a short walk from Tala village which has a traditional coffee shop, a bar and family run restaurants. For nature lovers the village is surrounded by so much natural beauty where you can spend time cycling, hiking and taking long walks whilst sampling the breathtaking views. Banana plantations, olive groves, lemon & orange trees are in abundance. Tsada golf course is only 15 minutes drive with fantastic views of the Troodos mountains and a 30 minutes drive will take you to Secret Valley and the championship golf course of Aphrodite Hills. Nearby is the famous Coral Bay beach with its golden sand and clear blue waters, a variety of bars, shops and restaurants.

We have just come back after a lovely week at this luxury apartment. Beautifully situated,great facilities, immaculately maintained this apartment provides a perfect platform for a relaxing and enjoyable holiday.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Sightseeing, Families with Young Children
Owner's Response: It is a pleasure to provide this luxury accommodation which can be appreciated by the discerning traveller. We will attempt to cater for individual needs such as car hire, internet connection etc.. if required.

We would like to say thankyou to Kath & Dave who have created a real niche for holiday rentals, the apartment was immaculate, had everything you could ask for and the neighbours are all very friendly - because some live there all year it shows in the standard of the communal areas as they make sure things are perfect.

We spent many an hour in the private roof top garden just enjoying the tranqquility, and watching the sunsets (they are more spectacular than Daves photo shows!)

The apartment is on the outskirts of Tala so if you're not happy with a 15 min uphill walk to the square and the impressive selection of Tavernas (we would recommend The Gallery which was amazing!) then make sure you get a car! however, the exercise makes you feel like you've earnt a treat!

Booking direct has been so easy, Dave kept in contact at all times and provided lots of information and directions!

Overall a fantastic apartment, location and would definately recommend to friends.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Sightseeing, Romantic Getaway
