Located on the outskirts of the charming village of Polis and just 2 kilometres from Latchi fishing village with its water sports. This new 3 bedroom apartment enjoys magnificent views across the entire Chrysochous Bay mountains as well over Polis to the sea. Surrounded by olive and grapefruit groves. There is a large balcony leading from the living room for alfresco dining or watching the sunset. The apartment benefits from full air-conditioning facilities, a covered car parking space and private use of a communal pool. The apartment is situated in a small complex on the edge of the unspoilt town of Polis, which is a 40 mins drive from Paphos airport through spectacular scenery, with views of vineyards and orange groves along the way. The heart of Polis town is centred around the old paved square, which is a 10 min walk from the apartment. Here you will find restaurants, tavernas and a variety of nightlife. Strictly no smoking. Covered car parking.

The apartment was even more than we expected. It was spacious, well laid out, extremely well equipped and spotlessly clean. We had 3 generations of family, 2 Grandparents, Mum & Dad and 7year old Grandson, the position was perfect for everyone. The heated swimming pool was a bonus ! The lovely beach at Polis was close, wonderful to watch the sunsets ! A 15 minute walk to lots of restaurants was a great stroll back after good food and wonderful local wine.Sight seeing is so convenient from here, a week was not long enough, maybe next time..............

Well appointed very spacious modern apartment, two great bathrooms and everywhere spotlessly clean. Great views from the main balcony, lovely for sitting and watching the sunset. Large swimming pool with ample sunbathing area. Nice quiet area but well situated for the centre of Polis with its great choice of restaurents. Most of our days were spent at one of the many nearby beaches, we also hired a boat a couple of times from Latchi Marina and went to the spectatular Blue Lagoon (well worth a visit) which we all really enjoyed especially our two teenage sons. We will definitely go back.
