  • Rental is for 4 persons only. Supplement £50 per person per week up to maximum 6 persons.

    PAYMENT ACCEPTED BY CASH, BANK TRANSFER, CHEQUE OR CREDIT/DEBIT CARD
  • DEPOSIT - Payment of 30% of the total is required as a Deposit on Booking (non-refundable). Full payment is required 8 weeks prior to departure. If bookings are made less than 8 weeks before departure, full payment is required on booking. If the BALANCE IS NOT received at least six weeks before the departure we reserve the right to cancel the relevant booking and will retain any deposit held in respect of the same. Any cancellation by the client must be notified in writing directly to the advertiser.
  • It is strongly recommended that Clients take out holiday insurance which covers loss of deposits etc.

This holiday property was home from home, we loved it. The location is quiet and peaceful, the property is of an excellent standard and spotlessly clean. Be prepared for a 15 minute walk to the nearest supermarket (if you do not hire a car). The village is quiet in November, which we loved and if you take the time to explore you will find some lovely restaurants. We hopped on the bus to Playa Blanca for lunch on the sea front early in the week and hired a car for the last three days to tour the island. I you like peace and quiet and your own company, with the option for lively not too far away I recommend you try!
Owner's Response: We try to give our guests the best that we can so that they have an enjoyable holiday in clean, well equipped and comfortable accommodation. All the details in our property description are absolutely honest and we do suggest that guests hire a car although it is possible to stay in the villa and survive without one if you like walking. We are always pleased to hear that our guests enjoy their stay in our villa and we have a superb Villa Manager who ensures things run smoothly.

Family holiday in Lanzarote

The villa was as desciribed, and was in a quiet residential development not far at all from all attractions, (by car). The villa was extremely well equipped and very clean. Neil and Sam, the villa managers were fabulous, they were on hand but not obtrusive, extremely helpful and welcoming and very flexible. The villa was like a home from home! We would recommend to anybody - young or old who are looking for a hassle free quiet holiday. This was our first family holiday in Lanzarote and in all we did enjoy it. With a car we were able to explore and loved Puerto Calero and the beaches at Papagayo. We would recommend the installation of air conditioning and perhaps a new bed in the master bedroom and finally a new sofa in the lounge area.
Owner's Response: Full air conditioning will be a future consideration although there are currently electric fans available for guests' use.
The beds and sofa are new, reviewed regularly and are replaced when necessary.

A fine, comfortable holiday-villa in Lanzarote

In december 2008 we spent a week in Casa Serena with our children (11 and 13). We had a very good time. The house is rather new, neat, spacious and well equipped (we especially liked the roomy kichen with all the equipment you need to cook a good meal). The swimmingpool is of a mature size too, and the solar heating warms it up just enough to make it possible to swim even in the winter. The garden has to grow a bit more to impress, but the room around the house gives plenty of privacy.
Yaiza is said to be the most beautiful village on the island (of even Spain). Well, you can seriously argue about that, but the village-center (on a ten minutes walk from the house) offers some charming old buildings and a fine village-square, a few good restaurants, a basic supermercado, money-automat, farmacia etc, Futher on there is not much to see or do in Yaiza, but it is an excellent base for exploring the southern part of the island, including the nearby Timanfaya reserve and the beaches of Papagayo, Playa Blanca or Puerto del Carmen. After witch you retreat back in your Casa Serena. We recommend it!
