Luxury brand new apartment highly finished with lift & intercom. Big balcony commanding breathtaking views and romantic sunsets of an old fishing village still well preserved full of local colourful traditional luzzu (boats) . Property has 2 bedrooms (twins bed + 2 singles), sofa beds - more can be arranged. Bedrooms have bedside tables, big wardrobes, vanity units and a chest of drawers. Large 7m x 4.7m combined kitchen-dining, -living-having fully equipped kitchen, 6 seater table, sofa (2 + 3seater) , washing machine, iron & iron board, TV and (Internet access on request). .The apartment is in a quiet high class block. Any special requirements can be arranged. Bus stop just in front of apartment, renting a car/cycle is NOT a must but helps to see Malta's secluded jewels. A brand new 2 bedroom apartment located on the seafront just in front of the old fishing harbour. A swimming rocky beach with sunbathing area and reserved swimming zone is just 50 m from the apartment. A combined large living sitting kitchen and study room of 4.7m x 7 m with a 3.3 m wide balcony door and 3.3m x1m balcony overlooking the bay. The main bedroom has 2 single beds , vanity, chest of drawers and big wardrobe. Second bedroom has 2 single beds, wardrobe bedside table. Individual reading lights and orthopaedics mattresses in all rooms. Insect sreens in all windows. Lift access. Apartment is highly finished with nice sofas and solid pine furniture . Kitchen is fully equipped and dining table seats 6. In the living room, sofa beds or extra beds and wardrobe can be added upon request. Washing machine and fans or electric heaters provided. Linen and towels provided too. I live close and offer 24/7 support. Also I am always willing to give tips for the holiday.

The apartment is located on the shore of the old fishing village, the town centre is 900m away,. Bus stop and rocky beach just in front of apartment. restaurants, ice cream kiosks, romantic wine bars, green grocer, mini markets, butcher etc., are all within walking distance. If you are looking for a relaxing and romantic holiday less than 3km away quiet Golden sandy beaches, lovely sunsets from the promenade or from the apartment s balcony are awaiting you. For the more adventurous the largest array of watersport from kayaking to jet ski to P1 500hp powerboats, moutin biking, horse riding to parkakiting, Bars, nightclubs, open air discos. Ferries to Gozo, Malta s quiet sister island, to Commio with its tropical cristal waters and other cruises all depart from close to the apartment . Most historic sites are just one bus away (max. 2). Marsa sports grounds(15km away) offer sports like golf, tennis etc.

3 of us visited Malta at the beginning of Sept 08. From the start of my email conversations with the apartment owner, he could not have been more helpful in answering any questions we had, and also in arranging a taxi from and to the airport, and in securing a hire car at a competitive rate that was delivered to the apartment free of charge. He even provided the small welcome pack I requested, free of charge. He was constantly available during our stay if we needed him. The apartment was brand new, spacious and clean and had all the facilities that we required for our stay. Having searched quite a few other apartments, this is of a very high standard. Although this is not right in the heart of the St.Paul's Bay resort area, it's nearer Xemxija Bay, but we actually preferred it here as parking was easier and there was not so much traffic.The views from the apartment are wonderful as you look across the bay to Xemxija and the road to Mellieha Bay, and there is a fabulous restaurant and wine bar called Veccja, within about 20 paces of the apartment. You can easily get right into St.Pauls Bay tourist area via a 15 min (slow) walk or by catching any of the buses that pass by the apartment. The nearest minimart we found is on the other side of the bay, but there are several vans that arrive nearly each day that stop right outside the apartment where you can buy fruit and veg, and household goods. We spent most nights on the balcony, which accommodated the 3 of us plus table OK, watching the boats and the locals gathering for their nightly chats which was lovely, although the fans throughout the apartment were very welcome during the hot and humid nights! One slight disappointment was that although it was advertised as having a TV with satellite or cable, this had not been installed by the time we arrived, and although this in no way detracted from our stay, it would have been good to catch up on the news in English! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and the location was perfect for us. We'll definitely visit again!

Thank you for your wonderful comments. It is always a pleasure to meet our customer needs and expectations and possibly try to exceed them. Maltese are very friendly and helpfull by nature. As from november 2008 apartments will have access to bbc news as up till now on the cable tv, news in english is only broadcasted at 10 pm or later by local tv stations. Cable tv has 4 maltese statations, all best italian and one french station. All tv stations are safe for children.
