Spacious 2 bed, 2 1/2 bath self catering holiday rental close to Rockley Golf Course and the popular Rockley beach. Less than 10 minutes drive to Bridgetown in one direction and the night-life hub of the island - St Lawrence Gap - in the other. The fully air-conditioned property is on a small development in a quiet residential area and has a lovely shared outdoor pool.

The property is strictly non-smoking and this includes all outside and communal areas on the development. It is recommended that people who do smoke look for a property elsewhere on the island.

Generous discounts available for those seeking a longer term rental.

The property is situated in a quiet residential area and is just one mile from the very popular Rockley (Accra) Beach. It is adjacent to Rockley Golf Club and less than 10 minutes drive to the capital Bridgetown in one direction and the nightlife hub of the island - St Lawrence Gap - in the other. There are a couple of good supermarkets 5 minutes drive away and the Sheraton Centre shopping Mall is less than 10 minutes away. There are a wide choice of excellent and reasonably priced restaurants within 5 - 10 minutes drive. The West coast can be reached in 15 minutes.

Wonderful spot

We stayed here for 10 days in August and could not have been happier. The place was spotlessly clean and provided all the necessary amenities including much appreciated a/c. Tim the owner could not have been more helpful as were the managing agents on site.
Rockley itself provided plenty of entertainment for my wife and our 2 teenage kids and we loved the sense of being in the 'real' Barbados, able to mooch about in a proper functioning town when not relaxing on the beach. Some real gems of restaurants close by plus a selection of supermarkets for those 'nights in'.
We had such a great time, we are headed back in 2011 for 2 weeks.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children

Fabulous Holiday

What a fabulous holiday home! You will not be disappointed with this accommodation. It is equipped to a very high standard with a fantastic air conditioning unit and 2 great en suite bedrooms.The villa is modern, spotlessly clean and is well situated for exploring the island. It is about a 25 min. leisurely drive from the airport.
There is a fab white sand beach (with Lifeguards) just a mile away...Rockley Beach. Yes the waters are warm and crystal clear!
Rockley itself has 2 well stocked supermarkets and there are plenty of good restaurants in the vicinity of Rockley to suit all tastes and budgets.
A must is a 'swimming with turtles' cruise out of Bridgetown. Great value for money and an amazing experience.
A hire car will be required to make the most of this holiday.
The owners, Tim and Hilary are great to deal with and are extremely helpful.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Adventure Seekers, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway

brilliant holiday in a fabulous villa

Lovely home with everything you need.Quiet clean and close to beach ...only 5 mins in a car.Owners have great communications and give you some great advice and Brian the local rep is always very close to hand and helpful.I would definitely suggest carhire to get the most out of Barbados.
In summary,we could not fault anything regards the villa and would,and hopefully will,return at the drop of a hat.

Beautiful Barbados at Springcourt #3

Looking for something different than a all inclusive resort, Barbados is the perfect choice for your next vacation. Enjoy living at the Carribean rythm with all the good things that life could offer you. Staying at Sprincourt #3 was a very smart choice. The house is very confortable and spacious for 4 persons. The owner was very helpful to make our vacations very pleasent. The location was great and we appreciated the quietness. A great value !

Perfect for short term work related rental

I have made more than 150 trips to Barbados and have stayed in every kind of hotel and home. In December of 2009 I had to spend 3 weeks working in Barbados on a TV production with a small crew and rented this property as my base of operations and it was perfect. Very spacious and modern for a rental property and very centrally located, but just off the beaten track to be pretty quiet. Reasonable price for a larger rental property and comes with a washing machine which was handy for a long visit. Owners were fabulous to deal with. They respond quickly to any request for information or help, which can be an issue in this part of the world. I would highly recommend.
