Set in wooded seclusion in a very peaceful and panoramic position at only 9 kilometre from the historic walled town of Lucca, this charming farmhouse, dated back 1603, commands magnificent views of the nearby hillsides and valley The property has been sensitively converted, resulting in a combination of comfort and traditional Tuscan convenience, retaining the original beamed ceilings and using antique cotto floor tiles The house, approx. 160 sqm large, consists of two floors: GROUND FLOOR Living room with working fireplace and furnished with sofas and some ‘antiques’, dining room with seats for 8 people, fabulous fully equipped typical Tuscan kitchen; storeroom; 1 bathroom with shower, 1 double bedroom with arched French window overlooking the olive groves and the pool. FIRST FLOOR 1 double bedroom with attached bathroom with bath tub and shower with large windows overlooking the valley and the hills, 1 single bedroom; 1 bathroom with shower, 1 large living room.
