This traditional 4 bed coral rendered Caribbean villa is located close to beautiful Accra Beach on the south coast of Barbados. Traditional shutters, AC and fans in all 4 bedrooms, 3 spacious bathrooms with walk-in rain showers and granite vanity units. 400 sq yards deck with granite top bar provides for comfortable living and entertaining. Large carport and drive with parking for at least 6 cars and electric gates. The villa is private and secure in a residential neighbourhood only a few minutes walk from all amenities, beaches and Rockley golf course and reputable Government and private schools, is an ideal base to explore and enjoy Barbados.

Notes: Garden Gap is in the Heart of the South Coast between Accra Beach and St Lawerence Gap a favourite dining and entertainment spot in Barnbados. Nearby is Graeme Hall Nature Sanctuary, Rockley Golf Club and Barbados Yacht Club and Savannah Racecourse. This house is beautifully decorated and furnished and surrounded by beautiful lush tropical vegetation. Everything ( supermarket Big B's, banks, post office, petrol station shopping centre including Cave Shepherd and of course the beaches is walking distance (a few minutes) and a car is only necessary for exploring the rest of Barbados.

This is a fabulous spacious newly built home with all that you need in a holiday home. Well equipped with comfortable new contemporary furniture and plenty of space and privacy for a large group or family. The kitchen and dining area is modern, high-spec and with everything you need to cook regular family meals and even to entertain. There is air conditioning and fan-assisted cooling in each room making it very comfortable. Matches the description and photographs on the website. A very well maintained property with a cleaner and gardener at least once weekly. The neighbours are welcoming but not intrusive. Easy to get to from the airport, only a short walk to the beach, restaurants, cafes and shops. Good situation to explore the island, which we did with the help of a car, although it would be possible to travel by taxi easily. We particularly enjoyed Ocean Park, the Graeme Hall sanctuary and the Barbados wildlife sanctuary. As a family with young children, we preferred this part of the island to the more built up resort-filled West coast and would certainly recommend this property to our friends. We received excellent customer service from the owners, with advice regarding transfers to and from the airport, car hire, tours of the island, recommended restaurants and essential sights. A fabulous house. We enjoyed it so much that we plan to return to stay here in March 2009.
