Location, location, location.....Westlake Villa in central Naples gives guests the benefit of total privacy and is within easy walking distance of many shops and restaurants plus a 15 minute walk to the beautiful Naples beach. being about 12 years old the villa have been thoroughly well equipped with TV's in every bedroom as well as the lounge, an outside fridge and BBQ area with gas bbq next to the totally private electric heated pool. The master bedroom has king size bed and full ensuite bathroom plus a new flat screen TV, bedroom two has a queen bed and the third bedroom has twin beds. There is also a second full bathroom. The villa is newly furnished throughout and off the comfortable lounge is a seperate dining area and fully equipped kitchen. There is a washer and drier in the utility room and double garage. With local manager there 24/7 to ensure a carefree vacation guests need only bring personal belongings when staying here.
