Right in the center of Seville, between the commercial and historic center, you can enjoy a relaxing vacation with all the conveniences of the city. In addition to its central location, a peaceful and enjoyable stay is assured given that the apartment is located on a quiet pedestrian street. This luxurious and spacious duplex with a modern decor, measures 66 m2. Everything has recently been renovated and remodeled with a brand new kitchen, utilities, and furniture…. All including central air conditioning, a washing machine, iron, dishwasher, plasma screen TV, oven and microwave…..everything anyone could possibly need for a pleasant stay.This duplex has one master bedroom downstairs, and upstairs a full size sofa bed for two additional guests, rooming up to 4 people. This is perfect for couples and friends. The high ceilings (4.5 meters), give the residence an even greater sense of room and space.

Alfaqueque street is by the museum square, in the centre of Seville by the main department store The Corte Inglés. It will take you 15 minutes from the airport by taxi. Fare should be no more than 20 €. Also is by the Alfonso XII street, By Plaza de Armas main bus station, by the river Guadalquivir. It is a pedestrian street. That's why in spite of being in the centre of Seville, is a very quiet street. It is also a couple of blocks of Main Hotel Plaza de Armas. Just arround the corner you can find fish Market, Butcher's shop, Bakery, Greengrocer's shops, cinemas in original version, The flamenco theater Carmen, and all the comercial area. Its situation is enviable. Just in the middle but with a perfect acces to everywhere in a distance walking. Conveniently located just a few meters from the apartment is a public parking area, a large shopping centre, cinemas in orginal version, the Guadalquivir River and the Plaza de Armas main bus station.

Well located stylish apartment

It was a nice apartment, in a good location, close to the river, the shops and lots of good restaurants. The apartment had everything we needed, was very stylish. The owner was very helpful and nice, and we enjoyed staying in Seville.

My only quibble might be that the bedroom was a little cool, but I think that would be more of a positive in the spring and summer.
Owner's Response: Dear renter, thank you for your comments. All of them makes us improve for others visitors to enjoy more their staying at the apartment.
I have already set at the bedroom a bigger heating.
ALso, it is true that here in seville is not ususal these temperatures. In fact, in all my life, i have never seem this low temperatures as it has come this winter.

We had a lovely stay in Seville, the most comfortable sleep we had on our Spanish holiday and Juan Luis gave us great tips on where to go and was really helpful.I would go back anyday.

Perfect for 2

Juan's Sevilla apartment was perfect for the two of us. It is idealy located within walking distance to all the sites, shopping and movies in English. The apartment is nicely appointed. We had everything that was needed. We were most grateful for the Air Conditioner.

In addition to perfect accomodations, Juan was a very gracious host. He gave us information regarding everything we needed. The apartment even had lots of information about local sites and events. A car is not needed - the bus station is within walking distance. We would recommend this unit to any person or couple traveling to Sevilla.

Perfect Seville Apartment

This upscale, modern Seville apartment is owned by a charming, and very helpful young man. The decor reflects his taste - lots of white, contemporary furnishings. The bedroom is down the spiral staircase, while the bathroom is on the main level. It is conveniently located on a quiet, narrow street within easy walking distance of the old city of Seville. If you have a car, the owner will show you where you can park your car for free about a 10 minute walk from the apartment. We found this apartment to be very comfortable and a great choice for sightseeing in Seville.

Great Apartment!

We had a great time staying at this apartment with our 2 yr old. The bedroom is very big and the bed is very comfortable. The apartment has everything you need, like your own apartment. Very modern & stylish. The apartment is located close to everything and after visiting the more "touristy" areas of Sevilla, I'm glad that we were in a quiet, residential area. The owner was extremely nice and very informative about anything we were looking for in the area. We would definitely rent this apartment again!
