A beautiful detached villa of about 200sq.m. set in enclosed landscaped gardens of 1500sq.m. with breath-taking views across the Cote D'azur. Located just 15 minutes walk from the village of Cabris with shops and restaurants and 20 minutes drive to the coast at Cannes. Comprised of large open plan lounge, dining room, and fully fitted kitchen with two sets of patio doors to sun terrace. Upstairs there is the master double bedroom with ensuite jacuzzi bathroom, second double bedroom and separate marble shower room, both bedrooms have doors to upper sun terrace. Outside features two terraces, upper includes large seating area for 8, BBQ, two sun loungers and steps down to the pool and further seating areas all with sea view. There is covered parking for one car together with ample parking spaces for several more. Entrance to the property is controlled by electric gates. House is fully furnished with beautiful decor and well equipped throughout including flat screen.
