  A 25% deposit is required upon booking. The balance to be paid 10 weeks prior to the start of your holiday. Discounts will be considered for bookings of 2 weeks or longer.

  We strongly advise that an all inclusive holiday insurance cover be taken out.
  A refundable security deposit of $250.00 will be payable to cover any breakages/damage.

Your Holiday Villa

Your prestigious three-bedroom home with heated pool (optional) is fully air-conditioned throughout. It has a master bedroom with fitted en-suite bathroom and two generous twin rooms with an additional family bathroom. Hair dryers are provided both in the en-suite and the family bathroom. A further half bathroom is located downstairs. All rooms are furnished to a luxurious standard - bedding and towels are of course provided and for the little ones** essential baby equipment is provided. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with microwave, dishwasher and an American-style fridge/freezer with ice machine. A separate utility room houses a larger-style washer and separate Dryer. Iron and ironing board are also provided for your convenience. Cable TV is available throughout the property and all local telephone calls are free for guests. Televisions are provided in each room and the main living area also has a DVD player with a small selection of family films.

Directions and Local Information

From Orlando International Airport: From the Airport take the 528 heading west to I-4 west. Continue to exit 64 heading west on US-192. You will go about 5.8 miles just past the Hwy 429 interchange and through your first light, turn left onto Secret Lake Drive. You will see a McDonalds and 7-Eleven on your left just prior to your left turn. Attractions Walt Disney World & Downtown Disney within a 10 min drive Animal Kingdom within a 15 min drive Universal Studios / Islands of Adventure / Universal City Walk all within a 20 min drive SeaWorld, Discovery Cove & Aquatica all within a 15 min drive There are numerous restaurants close by and The Old Town Kissimmee and the Disney Town of Celebration is just a 5 min drive along the 192.

Property Management

If you have any problems or anything goes wrong with our home during your stay we have a management company in place with a 24hr helpline. Denise from our Management Company will also make contact with you shortly after you arrive to check that everything is to your satisfaction.

Golf Information:

There are many Golf courses within easy reach of the home. I can personally recommend Southern Dunes Golf & Country Club. Although it is a little bit away it is well worth the trip. Another Club worth visiting is Celebration Golf Club, located within the wonderful Disney Town of Celebration (10mins from our villa, along Highway 192) A visit to Celebration is well worth a visit for the entire family.
