The apartment is located downtown but, being in a private street it is hidden from the bustle of tourists, it's only 5 minutes walking from Rialto Bridge with its famous shops and even less from Strada Nova, with its characteristic market which will enable you to fully partake in the daily Venetian life. The apartment is on the ground floor, it is located in a private street with easy access for elderly people. The nearest waterbus stop is S.Marcuola, Vanessa apartment consists of a double room, a single room, a big living room with TV and dvd player, a big kitchen with all the comforts and a new bathroom. With its wonderful and green courtyard it will help you relax and feel home in Venice!

Wonderful stay in Venice

We stayed in this lovely apartment at the beginning of January, 2009, using both bedrooms for the two of us. The apartment is in a wonderful position by one of the quieter canals in a charming neighbourhood, with quaint shops and eating places and is a couple of minutes walk from the bustle of Stada Nuova.

The young women from the agency were very helpful, superbly efficient and friendly. We were given lots of information about Venice before our stay and all their advice was spot on as were their descriptions of the apartment.

The owner was charming and left us lots of useful information as well as a beautifully clean, well-maintained home for the week. Everything, including the heating, worked well and we felt very cosy and secure there.

We would certainly recommend this property to friends and family but not if we thought that they might want to book it at the same time as us as we would not wish to find it already taken! We will certainly return.
