This is a stylish newly built 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom duplex apartment with balcony off the living area on a small and tranquil privately owned complex in Arpora village, North Goa. The apartment is on the second floor and is spacious, light, airy and tastefully furnished. There is open plan lounge/diner with sky television and a well equipped Kitchen. The apartment is close to all amenities i.e. shops, beach, restaurants and nightlife are all within 5 minutes of the complex. A taxi service is on hand outside the gates of the complex to take you anywhere not in walking distance. The complex boasts a large swimming pool, sun beds and landscaped gardens making it child friendly. There is a 24 security service and a cleaner who will visit at least once a week on request.

Nearest Airport: Dambolim at 35 Kilometres
Nearest Train: Panaji at 15 Kilometres
Nearest Beach: beach at 1.5 Kilometres
Car: not necessary
Arpora village is centrally located between the superb beaches of Baga and Anjuna which are both within 2 kilometers. Taxis and rickshaws are readily available and cheap to take you from the apartment car park to anywhere not with in walking distance. There are also motorbikes available for hire from a friendly local neighbour next to the complex. It is perfectly located for the infamous Saturday night markets and Wednesday Flea market.

Additional information about rental rates

  • Our preference for payment would be UK Pounds or Euros although other currencies would be considered.
    A 25% non-refundable deposit will secure the booking, with dates held for you from the point that the deposit has been cleared into our bank account. The balance of funds is required 6 weeks before departure date.
    A refundable key holding/breakages deposit of £50 is required. This money will be returned to you upon confirmation of key return and complete apartment check by the locally based property manager.
    We will be pleased to negotiate discounts for guests wishing to stay 3 or more weeks (this includes Christmas and New Year). Long term rentals will be considered.

the description of the apartment is spot on, plenty of space & lovely view from balcony. its a little further than expected from town & beach but taxis are very cheap & handy. we preferred to be out of the town anyway as it is nice & peaceful & no traffic fumes. nice little cafe just round the corner but only for snacks. (no alcohol ). look out for chap who owns the cafe, he also taxis & is very friendly, he is called Chitrarath. most eating places are good including the shacks on the beach. three we would recommend are east meets west, the tibetan & nearer to home, the starlight which is just about half a mile from the apartments & the locals go there. there is also an internet place & local shop just outside the apartments but only used for basics, there is a big supermarket in town for main things. first time in goa and really enjoyed everything about it.
