Local Area:
There are some lovely restaurants around the lake (including the Indian tented restaurant, 2 minutes away). On the lake there is a fantastic deli, where you can try the wines, cheeses and chorizos before you buy. Just 10 minutes away is the Arab town of Velez, with its old stone walls and the fabulous indoor food market. The Axarquia valley boasts 40 white-washed villages for you to explore, Periana, Alcaucin, Vinuela , Comares are just a few, all with their own traditions and festivals. Here you can enjoy the Real Spain. The village of Los Romanes is just a three minute drive from the villa, where you can enjoy the various fiestas, celebrated throughout the summer months or have a meal in the now famous restuarant El Charco (locally know as Miguel's)
Eating and Living:
There is room for 6 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. Ther is an additional outside dinning area, overlooking the lake , with seating for six people and a barbeque. The open fire can be used to create a comfortable atmosphere. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a kettle, and toaster You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

Casa Iris has nver been rented before and is tastefully furnished and decorated. Situated on top of a bend, which has spectacular views all around , the property is ideal for a fantastic home-from-home holiday. It is located near to property 66819 , so is ideal if two families wish to rent properties, which are close, but not on top of each other.The villa is in a very quiet area and has a private swimming pool, and various patios, terraces and sunbathing areas; all with panoramic views of the lake and surrounding mountains. The outside barbeque. will enable you to enjoy summer meals on the terrace. There is private parking for two or three cars with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.
