Relax, savour and enjoy: these words have a special meaning related to our Tuscan house. It is situated independently and quietly on the top of a hill just 6 km from the renowned sandy beaches of Forte Dei Marmi far away and offers a beautiful view of the Apuan Alps, of the Tyrrhenian sea and of the romantic, near islands of the Ligurian Gulf of poets. The house itself is 150sm and its private garden is 2000 sm. It has got a swimming pool with shower and panoramic view (11 x 5 m.), which warrants healthy relaxing hours. At complete disposal of the clients are also a a wood burning oven and a veranda with BBQ, completely equipped for dinners for up to 12 persons. Ground floor: a dining room with a big table and cooking point, a living room with a divan bed; 1double room with fireplace + 1shower/ wc. First floor: 1 large double room with a divan bed for 1 person + 1 double room+ 1three bed-room + 2 showers and WC room.

Loved by the sculptors Henry Moore, Mitoraj, Botero and many more, the charming, medieval town of Pietrasanta is a renowned international centre for artists working in marble and bronze. Around the Cathedral square there are several coffee-houses and restaurants, where you can taste the local cuisine. Forte Dei marmi is loved by tourists from all over the world who spend their holidays in magnificent villas surrounded by luxuriant vegetation, enjoying the sun and the shopping in the several designer boutiques. Not included are also heating and electricity, which have to be paid cash according to the amount consumed. Final cleaning: Euros 100 to be paid in cash on arrival day (compulsory). A daily cleaning service is also not included but it may be requested at Euro 15 for each hour. Pets: Extra-charge of Euros 50 per week/pet. Security deposit: Euros 300 to be given cash at the delivery of the keys on arrival day. It will be returned on the departing day, with deduction of the amount due for eventual damages. Wir sind sehr zufrieden. Schöne Aussicht. Besitzer ist sehr nett. Am erste Tag hatte er uns direkt alle Geschäfte, Strand gezeigt.

Schade dass ich bei Ihrer Ankunft nicht anwesend sein konnte, aber Alfredo war ein guter Hausherr, oder? Mit viel Spass und grossem Engagement, freuen wir uns unsere Gaeste zu betreuen, von Ankunft bis zur Abreise, diskret aber immer erreichbar wenn man uns braucht. Wir teilen auch gern mit ihnen lokale Geheimtips und Kenntnisse, um ein möglichst spezielles Italienische Erlebnis zu leisten. Eine Woche war nicht genug um alle Sehenswuerdigkeiten dieser Region zu entdecken und so wuensche ich mir sehr, dass Sie bald wieder kommen. Bis dann! Sonia

Sehr zu empfehlen!

Wir (2 Erwachsene, 3 Kinder) durften uns im Juli 2009 in diesem phantastischen Ferienhaus erholen. Das Haus ist sehr groß und gut aufgeteilt, aber am besten haben uns die gemütlichen Plätze im großen Garten gefallen. Zum einen der riesige überdachte Eßplatz, an dem wir fast alle unsere Mahlzeiten eingenommen haben und natürlich die superbequeme Sitzecke mit den Korbmöbeln, die vorallem wir Erwachsenen am Abend genossen haben. Von der gesamten Anlage aus hat man einen genialen Blick ins Tal und aufs Meer, da das Haus sehr schön am Berghang liegt.
Man hat Abgeschiedenheit und Ruhe (nur wenige Nachbarn) und ist doch in kurzer Zeit mit dem Auto am Meer (ca. 10-15 Min.).
Außerdem gerät das Meer fast ins Abseits, da das Ferienhaus einen großen Pool mit Außendusche hat.
Im Ort sind viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (von großen Supermärkten für den täglichen Bedarf bis hin zu umfangreichen Wochenmärkten) von den vielen Restaurants ganz zu schweigen.
Lassen Sie sich bei den Restaurants z.B. von Sonia beraten, da waren ein paar tolle Geheimtipps bei. Ich denke nur an das Restaurant gegenüber der Kirche, wo es keine Speisekarten gibt, dennoch oder gerade deshalb haben wir so gut und reichlich gegessen (und nebenbei gesagt, wir können so gut wie kein italienisch!!)
Ohne Sonia wären wir in einer anderen, speziellen Angelegenheit völlig aufgeschmissen gewesen. Vielen, vielen Dank nochmal an dieser Stelle. Das war die beste Reisebetreuung, die wir je erlebt haben!!!

Im August 2008 haben wir in diesem schönen Domizil unseren Urlaub verbracht. Für all diejenigen die Ruhe, Erholung, einen sensationellen Berg- / Meerblick und Abgeschiedenheit suchen, ohne jedoch zu weit vom Strand entfernt zu sein, können wir dieses Haus nur wärmstens empfehlen. Sauberkeit, Ausstattung, vor allem der tolle Pool und die Betreuung vor Ort erfüllten jederzeit unseren hohen Anspruch.
Wenn man bedenkt, dass dieses Objekt noch weiter modernisiert wird, erwartet die zukünftigen Besucher ein paradiesisches Schmuckstück, das man gerade in dieser Gegend nicht so leicht finden wird.

Owner's Response: Vielen tausend Dank für die sehr nette Beurteilung! Es ist mir immer eine besondere Freude wenn die Besucher zufrieden sind. Das Leben ist hart genug heutzutage und die wahren Freuden sind selten. Zumindest im Urlaub sollte man die Zeit einfach nur genießen, Land und Leute kennen lernen, Ruhe haben und sich wohl fühlen. Mit diesem Ziel im Auge erwarte ich jedes Mal die Ankunft neuer Gäste und wenn ich dann Ihre Zufriedenheit spüre, bin ich glücklich. Nächstes Jahr werden wir tatsächlich das Wohnzimmer renovieren mit einem großen und bequemen Bettsofa ausrüsten und ein zusätzliches Badezimmer einbauen. Da München gar nicht so weit weg ist, wünschen wir uns sehr, dass Sie die Neuigkeiten persönlich genießen werden!
