  • The villa has central heating, which will be charged according the gas consumption, if used by guests.
    Booking - 20% of total amount.
    Complete payment is due till 8 weeks prior to arrival.
    A security deposit of 250 Euro is required with the complete payment, which will be refunded at departure, after verifying the villa for eventual damages.
    Cancellations:
    Up to 12 weeks prior to arrival implies the loss of 20% paid on booking.
    Between 8 and 12 weeks - 50% of payment is due.
    Less than 8 weeks - the full payment is due.

The villa was super and the description proved to be accurate, indeed the bedrooms were much nicer than the photographs portrayed. The location was excellent, with sea-views from the balcony, in a very nice residential area and only a short 10 minute stroll to the town centre and beach with several excellent restaurants along the way.

Maria and her husband were lovely and helped us to settle into holiday mode immediately in their quality villa.

We would highly recommend this property to anyone and would certainly rent the villa again for ourselves.
