The luxury Akacia villas are located on higher grounds overlooking the pool with a direct view to the sea and town of Lozenets. VIEW: All villas overlook the swimming pool towards the sea and from the back have views of the Strandja Mountains. LAYOUT: The ground floor is a spacious open plan living area with large patio windows looking out to the pool and front garden area. There is also a bathroom downstairs. The second floor comprises of 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. All villas are furnished and equipped to a high standard and include: - Kitchen; Oven, 4 hobs, fridge/freezer, extractor fan, sink - All kitchen equipment necessary for 8 guests - Cleaning equipment - Bed linen - 1 set per bed - 1 set of bath and hand towels per bed - Air conditioning - Television with channels in English - Bathrooms are either with showers or baths - A double sofa bed in the living area, linen can be provided upon request. The Velika Garden Villas are: 5 minute walk in to Lozenets town, 10 minute walk to Lozenets main beach, 5 minute drive from Tsarevo Town, 5 minute drive from Ropotamo River and National Park Tourist Centre, 10 minute drive to Primorsko and it's planned golf course. The villas are located just across the road from Tennis Courts, a large wine store and fruit and vegetable shop. Fantastic location with beautiful views!
