Spacious and beautiful, Casa Valeria (recently featured on HGTV's House Hunters, International) is a luxury apartment, located on the third and top floor of a restored 17th century palazzo. It is located in the heart of the historical centre of Lucca. The flat includes all the modern comforts mixed with the owners impeccable taste for an authentic Italian feel. There are wonderful views from every room including those of the wall, Duomo, rooftops and local gardens. There are 3 bedrooms which sleep 6 people comfortably. The flat has 2 lovely bathrooms, one with shower, and one with shower/tub combination. The kitchen and living room are quite large and spacious. A large private terrace with views of the surrounding mountains and rooftops are yours to enjoy. The sea is 25 minutes west, the train station, across the street, Pisa airport, 25 mins, and Koine language school is a short walk. Florence is 45 mins. Parking is available outside the wall, return on local bus to flat.

Located within the walled city of Lucca, across the street from the train station, the flat is well situated and easy to find. Bicycle rentals are one block away, the train station is only a few blocks away, guided excursions to such famous places as Florence, Le Cinque Terrace, Portovenere, Carrera, Forti dei Marmi Flea Market, Chianti, San Gimignano and Siene, just to name a few, are easy to arrange. Florence is an hour by train, Rome is 3 hours by train, The sea is 25 minutes, where beautiful beaches stretch for miles. A world famous Language school is located only blocks from the flat, and Lucca boasts over 100 churches within the walls. Walk the walls for daily exercise with all the locals. Buses are available two blocks from the flat and will take you to free parking areas outside the walls. A local grocery store is within walking, and numerous excellent restaurants are within walking distance. Concerts during the month of July are only blocks away within the walls.

Notes: The flat is on the third floor, easy stairs, but several, pets are not allowed, no smoking except up on terrace, linens are available, kitchen is fully furnished as is entire flat. Fireplace is decorative only. Wireless internet, cable tv with English channels as well as Italian, full moon at midnight is free from the terrace with a 360 degree view over the city!! Fully remodeled a year ago, with new furniture, beds, appliances, and a beautiful view out of every window in the flat.
