Notes to the rental rates

• No need to Cook,wash up on your holiday again!
  All meals of Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner (except Friday evening) are included in the price, with special evening of Spanish Tapas nights, Paella evenings, BBQ's, All house brands of drink included. in the price.Special children's menus included in the price. If you need to smoke, (Outside) there included too..Bed linen changed every day. Prices are for the exclusive use of the villa and all the extras.
  The villa is only available to one group at a time and at no time will it be shared with other parties.
  The entertainment is only there if you require it, should you prefer to just sit round the pool without any entertainment just let us know. It's you holiday and we want you to enjoy it your way.
  In the months of July and August a minimum of 2 weeks booking only, accepted. One week bookings out of season carry a extra £150 surcharge for a full clean.

Crazy golf afternoon tickets included.with transfers.If you do not wish to attended any functions or prefer to eat out just let your chef know the day before. (Any trip and tours to Theme parks are payable for the tickets and the transport.)

• Holding Security deposit of £900 is required one week ahead of your holiday and returned less any damages 10 days after your holiday.

Golfers

Transfers can be arranged at an extra cost for a day playing golf need to be booked well in advance. Beach Towels/Pool towels are for hire at 5 Euros each per week. Cots, high chairs, playpens are available to hire.

We have 2 fridge freezers around the pool, should you wish to keep any extra items for snacks etc in them. There is also an outside shower and WC room. Sun loungers, tables, chairs parasols deck chairs are supplied around the pool as is the Pool table and Table tennis table.
