This apartment is a real surprise. It is located within the very high spec grounds of Benatalaya with is just 3 KM away from the sea on the Benhavis road. The whole urbanisation is finished o a very high spec with very mature gardens planted with a multitude of mature Mediterranean plants. You feel like you are staying on an apart hotel complex. There are double gates for secure parking (all gates operated by remote control). A lift takes you from the underground car park directly to the apartment floor. The apartment is furnished to a very high standard. It is air conditioned throughout and there is Sky TV in the lounge. The terrace provides the perfect place to relax. Downstairs you will find the exclusive spa. There is a large indoor heated pool with s sauna and also a steam room to the side. Opposite the pool is a gymnasium with plenty of aerobic equipment. Outside there are several swimming pools to choose from.

The apartment is located on the highly prestigious Benatalaya urbanisation which is just 3 KM from the sea front on the road going inland towards Benhavis between Estepona and San Pedro. Puerto Banús with its busy bars restaurants, shops and nightlife is only a ten minute drive away (or about 15 Euros by taxi) There are plenty of golf courses around this area for those who are keen. Benhavis is well worth a visit as it is known as the town or restaurants. It is a very pretty place and it quite literally is packed with loads of really good restaurants to try. The apartment is also well located for those looking to explore the Costa del Sol. From here you can drive to many of the tourist spots from Granda and the Alhambra palace to the east to perhaps a day trip to Morocco to the west. Both Malaga and Gibraltar airports are just 70 KM away.

Car hire and airport transfers: We can also arrange good reliable car hire for you. You will be met at the airport and directed to the villa by a local family car hire firm. Please ask us about this service during the booking process and we are happy to provide you with a competitive quote.

Private boat charter: If you fancy a trip into the Med, we can arrange excursions from Estepona port. The boat can be hired for a half day for up to eight people and will take you out into the straights of Gibraltar where it is often possible to see dolphins. If you prefer, you can take cruise along the coast line and swim from the boat. Food and drinks (bar) can be made available to your requirements. Do ask about this service when booking as it does become busy during high season and public holidays. (NB this boat is fully insured to operate this type of service and always carries the minimum crew required)

Tourist attractions: Estepona is also well located to travel to many places … Gibraltar, “The Rock”, offering British styles, a Mediterranean climate and duty free prices! Seville, one of the largest towns in Andalusia with an envious history, and on the flip side, Puerto Banus, with its new pleasure boat harbour, stunning shopping and people watching. Marbella with its golden mile, or the white hill village of Casares. For the Atlantic coast consider historic Tarifa, only a couple of hours away, or even a day trip to Morocco – get to see a bit of Africa!!! You can see, there is so much for you just a short trip away! Notwithstanding the above, if you want to stay nearer Estepona, and are keen on golf, there are many courses only a few minutes away. Estepona also has a renowned Equestrian centre, should horses be your thing!! Altogether it is an ideal base for a memorable family holiday.
