This luxury 3 Bedroom 2 Bathroom villa is situated in the quiet gated community of Southern Dunes Golf & Country Club which boasts a top ranked championship golf course with fantastic Club House and practice area. Also tennis courts, playground, gym, 3 community pools and a boating lake, the whole area has lush grounds that are impeccably maintained. The villa itself is newly decorated and furnished to very high standards and is very spacious with cathedral ceilings and full air conditioning throughout. Patio doors open onto a fantastic LARGE SOUTH FACING deck area and POOL with covered lanai and it's fully equipped with, KITCHEN EQUIPMENT, LAUNDRY ROOM, LINENS new 08, HIGH SPEED INTERNET, BABY EQUIPMENT AND BBQ. There's a comfy lounge with sofa bed, full size dining area and the master bedroom has a large ensuite and walk in closet, the second double bedroom and the twin also have ample storage and the second bathroom is very well appointed. Golf: Southern Dunes Golf and Country Club is a top ranked course enclosed in a secure, gated community which is so popular because of its close proximity to Disney The course is impeccably maintained, as are the surrounding lush gardens. There is a superb clubhouse with all the facilities you would expect, lunch and drinks available, pro shop and buggies. Golf is easy to pre book, full information available from the clubhouse. There are several further courses within a few minutes drive from Southern Dunes, such as Diamond Back which also has a fantastic reputation, and Champions Gate.

Thanks. We had a great vacation. The weather was really nice. We felt at home in your beautiful villa. It was very clean and the neighbourhood was nice and quiet. The house was very well equipped. A pool cover is the only thing we could think of that you didn't have. There was plenty of places to eat nearby which was great. Another television might be nice to have in the other bedroom. The pool area was great and had plenty of seating. We had a great time and thanks again for letting us rent your beautiful villa.

Last minute holiday.

A quick note to say thank you to both you and Beth for renting us the villa at such short notice. We had a lovely week, did all the usual touristy things and took time to relax by the pool. The villa is fabulous and in a great location and certainly lived up to the pictures on the internet. I will not hesitate to recommend you to our friends and family and also hope we may return in the future.

Lazy days.

We had an excellent stay at your villa. Our last day, we stayed home the entire time. We stayed in the pool, catching up on all of our magazines, and just having a blast, doing nothing! It was one of the best days of vacation we ever had! It’s a lovely home, with quiet neighbors and a great location.

Fantastic week at Sunny Dunes.

Had a fantastic week at Sunny Dunes, a lovely spacious villa, you get a real feel of space from the high ceilings and large lounge/living room. Kitchen is well laid out with everything you need. Bedrooms airy and comfortable so you can wake in the morning refreshed and ready for the day whether out and about to local attractions, Disneyland, Universal studios, ......................the Kennedy space center is awesome, or having yourself some serious retail therapy.
There’s a Wal-Marts within walking distance for anything you’re gonna need and even a Chinese takeaway that’s very good if you don’t feel like cooking or going to one of the many local restaurants like Mannys or Red Lobster.
The south facing pool is very well placed and feels nice and secluded thanks to the clever arrangement of the screening. And if golf’s your thing well need I say more!
Booking the villa was very straight forward and quick. Beth replied very quickly to my enquiry and kept in touch throughout. She was very helpful, answering all my questions straight away and giving some info on local restraints etc.
Sunny Dunes is a quiet peaceful place and very well maintained. Would and have recommended this villa to friends and hope to be returning myself later in the year.
