Villa of 320m2 with private Hydrosport Freeform Pool set amidst 15,000m2 of private fenced gardens, one acre of which have been landscaped to create a peaceful and private tropical oasis and contains numerous palm, olive, orange and lemon trees. The gated Villa is situated 100 meters from the road at the end of a private driveway – with shaded parking for four cars with space for many more. Peaceful and private, set at the foot of the Sierra Cabreras. Within the landscaped gardens is a delightful Hydrosport salt water, free form swimming pool of 134 sq mt with a maximum depth of 1.75m, the pool has two safe 'beach style' entries and Jacuzzi seat. There is also a pool bar, BBQ and summer dining room furnished for 'al fresco' dining. The gardens are well equipped with various seating and dining areas, with an enclosed 'courtyard' area for dining leading from the kitchen/dining room.

Mojacar Village and Playa 6/7 kilometres, Mojacar Pueblo is a white Andalucía hilltop village with hidden restaurants and souvenir shops. Mojacar Playa right on the beach with many restaurants and shops and is in all about 6 kilometres long - good night-life. Cortijo Grande and the Cabrera from 3 kilometers,Cortijo Grande is a beautiful valley with 2 restaurants and 9 hole golf course.The Cabrera has spectacular views over the local area to the sea and two excellent restaurants. Garrucha local fishing village and marina, 9 kilometres with many fish restaurants and shops and the local fish market. The world famous ALHAMBRA PALACE Granada and Sierra Nevada Ski Resort - 2 hours drive away
