Photos and Description of this Protaras holiday villa 5 Min walk from trendy restaurants and golden sandy beach

The villa is located in Pernera, probably the best location in Protaras. It is surrounded by magnificent views and next to sandy beach and only 3 minutes walking for all amenities- restaurants, shops, pubs etc and only 5 minutes drive from the centre of Paralimni town, and less than 30 minutes drive from Larnaca International Airport. The villa has an open plan lounge and dining area, with dining table that seats eight, two double sofabeds, TV and DVD player. The patio doors lead to the swimming pool. The fully fitted kitchen is equipped with washing machine, fridge/freezer, microwave, halogen hobs, oven, utensils, crockery, saucepans, iron and ironing board. Upstairs master bedroom with a double bed and ensuite shower. Two twin bedrooms that have two single beds in each room. All bedrooms have bedside cabinets and wardrobes. A separate family bathroom and a guest cloakroom. A clean private swimming pool (6mx3m), six sunbeds and outside shower. Max: 8 people.
