This recently built luxury villa on a beautiful gardened plot in Alhaurin de la Torre offers a very uncommon holiday facility: Our luxury Mediterranean apartment : brand new décor style apartment 70 Sq with 1 bedroom+living room, 1 bath, 2 - 4 persons. 12 x 6 m swimming pool (0,2 - 1,8m deep) with well arranged pool area under palms. A 2500 sqm beautiful plot with a lot of space to walk around and enjoy the nice garden with pond. Facilities: pool table in the apartment, table tennis, car park on plot if required, BBQ. Own entrances and a lot of privacy. No stairs: All the plot, the pool area and the apartment can be enjoyed without any stairs.

Brand new Mediterranean style apartment: The well sized apartment (70 sqm) with own entrance for 2.4 persons has 1 bedroom (double bed), living room (double bed possible) with fully equipped build in kitchen and billiard table. Bathroom en suite with massage and steam shower. Located in the basement of the villa with full daylight, security door, fresh climate in the summer and central heating in the winter. Our guests enjoy their porch with view on the garden and pond or relax on the huge pool under palms. Apartment and all facilities on the plot has access without stairs. More facilities: table tennis, car park on plot, wireless internet connection. The pool area will be shared with the guests of the garden house (2+2 beds).

Alhaurin de la Torre is one of the most beautiful small towns at the Costa del Sol. It´s a prefered location for well situated Spanish and non-Spanish families, which decides to leave the big city of Malaga and the busy coastline. A perfect location, near to the coast (8km), near to the airport (taxi 15 Euros) and near to Málaga, with nearly 50.000 habitats. The palm avenues, beautiful fountains, nice parks and a typical historic centre with shops and many restaurants are the main attractions. Alhaurin de la Torre not a touristic village, it is mainly a well place to live where you can enter in Spanish culture. Located at the entrance of the valley of Guadalhorce river you can visit: Marbella 30km, Ronda 45km, Granada 130km, Gibraltar 100km, Malaga 20km, Sierra Nevada 130km, Torremolinos 15 km, beautiful lakes 45km. Several golf courses are around (4-15 km). The coast is only 8 km away and offers everything a tourist could need or not need.

  • The 70 sqm apartment is totally new built and nice decorated. The bedroom is separated from the living room by a handmade wooden door (see photos). Bathroom on suite with the bedroom. Huge living room, 40 sqm, with modern and complete build in kitchen, pool billiard table, TV and high speed wireless connection and a comfortable sofa, convertible in a comfortable double bed. Perfect for a couple or a family with 2 children. Seniors are very welcome, as it is very comfortable and there are no stairs anywhere. Car can drive until apartments door for unloading.

meine lebensgefährtin und ich haben bereits 2 mal urlaub im gartenhaus der familie geniessen dürfen. ein kleines, romantisches häuschen mit allem, was man braucht. die vermieter sprechen spanisch, deutsch, englisch und sind sehr nett, hilfsbereit und unkompliziert. die große ferienwohnung bietet viel stil und komfort. das anwesen liegt absolut ruhig und hat einen atemberaubenden ausblick. einkaufen, strand, berge - alles bequem mit dem auto zu erreichen. super urlaub! so kann man andulusien kennen lernen!
