This fully air conditioned villa with private south facing pool, spa and games room sleeps 8-10 persons and is within a 15-20 minute drive of Disney world and within easy reach of Florida’s Gulf & Atlantic coast beaches, shopping malls, restaurants, and international airports. Situated on Calabay Parc at Tower Lake a secure gated community, Serenity’s guests will have access to a clubhouse with facilities including a fitness room (not open until 2010), fishing dock & picnic area. Well located for access to the I 4 straight into Disney avoiding the traffic on the 192. Serenity is beautifully furnished with 2 master en-suite bedrooms, 2 twin bedrooms with a shared bathroom and an open-plan lounge. There is fully fitted kitchen with a dining area, utility/laundry room, double garage/games room. Further seating/bedding is available in the den. We think you will agree that Serenity has everything you could possibly need for those relaxing moments between outings in the Florida sunshine.

Calabay Parc at Tower Lake is a beautiful new community set adjacent to a large natural lake. This quiet and tranquil setting is conveniently located for all the theme parks central Florida has to offer. Disney's Magic Kingdom, Epcot, Animal Kingdom, Universal Studios, MGM/Disney Studios, Islands of Adventure, Sea world, Shopping Malls, restaurants and nightlife are within an easy drive of between 15 and 30 minutes. The lake boasts a boat ramp and fishing jetty and is popular location for catching bass. Calabay Parc at Tower Lake is also located close to two of Florida's top golf courses at Champions Gate (7 miles) and Southern Dunes (1 mile). Both the Gulf coast (Clearwater) and Space coast (Daytona) beaches are within a 1 hour 30 minute drive from Serenity. Busch Gardens is approx 1hr 10 minutes away.

  • Mid-week to mid-week bookings are available on request. For bookings after January 2011 please use corresponding 2010 rates as a guide.
    Arrivals: 4pm onwards
    Departure: by 11am please
    Pool/spa heating is available as an option for £10 per day.
    Minimum Rental Period: 5 nights
  • Bookings made more than 6 weeks in advance can be secured with a non-refundable £150 deposit per booking. The balance is then payable with the security deposit no later than 6 weeks prior to departure.
    Late bookings (less than 6 weeks before departure) will need to be paid in full at the time of booking along with the security deposit.
    A returnable security deposit against breakages and damage to the villa of £150 is payable with each booking as outlined above. Bookings in US Dollars are accepted at the rate agreed at the time of booking.

Directions to Villa Serenity : Interstate 4 (exit 55) towards Haines City. Go South 6 miles on Highway 27 and Tower Lake is situated on the left off Bates Road (Left at Lowes DIY Superstore, located 0.5 miles before WalMart).

Shopping: Calabay Parc at Tower Lake is right by a Super WalMart Store where you can stock up on all of your daily provisions. Also, nearby a Public supermarket which is located on the US Highway27 approx 4 minutes drive from the Villa next to the Heart of Florida Hospital. A pharmacy and take-away restaurants are also close by. The famous Orlando Premium Outlets are only a short drive from the villa on the I 4 as are all of Orlando’s major shopping malls and factory outlets.

Beautiful Villa

The villa was all the web site said it would be, clean, well equipped and a good size The pool/spa was a good place to relax after a hectic day at the theme parks (pool a little on the small side if 8 people staying in the villa)
Didn't need to use the management company at all, but good to have detailed information for them in case of emergency.. Mark provided good customer service before the holiday began .
Villa is in a quiet location but not to far away from Walt Disney World ,
It was great having Wal-Mart and Publix so close and there were plenty of places to eat close by. Also a good source for information is the Tourist Board Office on highway 27. We Would recommend a great airboat ride (mild to wild) in Lake Wales
We would stay at this villa again "

Thanks for the perfect place to stay. The villa was fab, excellent size, clean and well equipped. Our kids especially loved the pool and appreciated the pool toys too. Games room was good to relax in after hectic days out!
Used management company once and they were very efficient. Excellent customer service from Mark and Debbie, with extremely good directions and information provided.
Villa is in a great location for all the Disney Parks, and just a little further away from Universal and Sea World.
It was great having Wal-Mart so close and there were plenty of places to eat close by.
We would stay at this villa again without hesitation.

Stayed in late June/early July 2009. Great base for theme parks, Kissimmee for eating and Orlando for shopping. Walmart practically next door which is worth a daily visit if only for the doughnuts! Great service from Mark who was very helpful throughout.

Villa spotless, very generous in size. Walmart / restaurants close proximity to villa. Excellent position for access to theme parks. No need to contact management company (faultless). Recommend KGS tickets, excellent customer service (recommended by Mark). Thanks for an excellent holiday................

Comfortable Villa

We spent a week here in May 2009. The Villa is well appointed, clean, very comfortable and conveniently located for the attractions. There is a Walmart just up the road and a variety of restaurants in the vicinity. The games in the garage kept the kids amused when it rained!
I would recommend this villa as a convenient, comfortable base.
