Ca´n Cisterna represents the charming country life with all modern day comfort in the setting of a romantic Spanish Finca. It is located within a beautifully and professionally maintained garden, where you will feel surrounded by nature. You will enjoy the quiet location, calm and soothing beauty of the garden, a beautiful pool and patio and the quality, comfort and decor of the home. Within the very large property (more than 4.500 sqm) lies also the more than 100 year old Finca´s main house (occasionally used by owner), which is located approximately 100 meters away. Your house has 2 bedrooms, one with a queen size bed, the other with 1 double plus an additional bed, 1 large bathroom, vaulted ceiling in the very spacious combined living and eating space, a fully appointed kitchen, and partial air conditioning. In front of the house you can enjoy your private terrace where you can enjoy your meals al fresco. The pool is only 30 meters away from your terrace and has a separate bbq area

The property is completely fenced in, securely located and only accessible through a private road. The house keeper is very reliable in case any issues arise. Weekly housekeeping is included in the price. More frequent cleaning service can be requested for an additional charge. Laundry facilities are located right next to the barbeque area. The house is perfectly located halfway between Puerto Pollenca (3 km) and Pollenca (3 km). The closest beach is only 2,5 km awy with ample parking. Several large grocery stores are located in Pollenca and Puerto Pollenca within 3 km from the Finca. Puerto Pollenca with its lovely beaches is a five-minute-drive away. Every Sunday morning there is a traditional popular market on the Plaza Major, where locals and tourists spend time together. As well you will find in the old town lovely churches and small art galleries, restaurants and tapas-bars. The Pollenca 9-hole-golf-course is about 10 minutes (by car) away.
