Casares Del Sol is a luxury holiday development. Our upper Penthouse apartment faces North and enjoys views of the sea, the mountains and looks over the 16th fairway and green of the Championship Finca Cortesin golf resort. The local blue flag beach is a short 800m stroll from the apartment. Large swimming pool and children's pool. The interior of our apartment has been furnished by 'Finicci' who selected the furniture and soft furnishings to compliment its functional luxury. Full air conditioning/heating. Underground garage with a lift to the apartment. Within 5 minutes are unspoilt Sabinillas and the marina of Puerto de la Duquesa, the white mountain village of Casares, is a short drive away. Puerto Banus is 20 minutes. Visit Gibralter (25 min). For golfers there are more than 20 golf courses close by, Valderrama (15min), San Roque and Sotogrande. Within walking distance of the apartment is Casares Golf and Finca Cortesin, NEW home of the HSBC World Match Play Championship 2009.

Easy to locate just 45 mins from Malaga airport and 20 mins from Gibraltar airport, 900m from the N340/ A7 main arterial road by car, taxi or bus. The cosmopolitan Port of Duquesa is only 5 minutes away with its plentiful bars and restaurants and beautiful marina. Charismatic Estepona is less than 10 mins away, Puerto Banus 20 mins and Magical Marbella with its beautiful old town just 25 mins. Traditional Spain is just 10 mins up the road in Casares Village, with its narrow streets and whitewashed houses. Importantly, Estepona golf, Duquesa, Dona Julia, La Finca and Casares Golf Gardens are with five minutes drive. Sotogrande Reserva, San Roque and Valderrama and dozens more are within 15 minutes. Finca Cortesin will host the 2009 HSBC World Matchplay Championship. Forty minutes will take you to trendy Tarifa the European capital of kite surfing. Rustic Ronda with its world famous bull ring is 40 minutes away and definitely worth the drive. The local Blue flag beach is only 800m away

Notes: The apartment faces directly North South so the sun is always shining on the Upper Terrace. The Barbecue Area, on the Large Private Rooftop Terrace is equipped with Sun loungers, a Parasol, a Table and 6 Chairs for you to enjoy the tranquility of your own space in the privacy of your own company. The Upper Terrace overlooks the Pool and the Mediterranean Sea to the South and the Finca Cortesin Golf Resort to the North. The lower balcony facing the pool and sea is equipped with chairs and table for breakfast or quiet evening drinks. The Penthouse has centralized air conditioning and heating for the winter time. Linen and towels are provided but not beach / pool towels (Pls provide your own).There are six large swimming pools on the complex for adults and small pools for children. The pools with a life guard are available from April until October. This is a paradise for golfers, with 20 courses within 20 minutes.
