Fig tree villa situated on the edge of Filousa a typical unspoiled Cyprus village where the locals are friendly and the coffee shop doubles as the post office. Accessed by an almond lined track beautiful in spring and pick your own in the autumn orange lemon olive fig carob trees abound a nature lovers paradise. The nearest villages of Peristrona and Skoulli are a few minuets drive with small village shops and a couple of tavernas. Polis town offers an information centre tavernas,restaurants,cafes and shops all situated around a picturesque town square about a 10 minuite drive away. The neighbouring fishing village of Latchi offers boat trips harbour front fish tavernas, lots of unspoiled beaches line the coast around Poils area well worth exploring. Paphos town 40 minutes drive away has daily markets large shops famous harbour,water parks, karting,and many tavernas. Get a warm welcome from the Villa owner at the well known Hot Cup bar restaurant and cafe next to the 5 *Amathus Hotel

Lovely villa very comfortable, spacious and clean. Located on a peaceful hillside with beatiful views over the valley. A pool is to die for, also immaculately clean. No other building to be seen and totaly private except for the goats with their bells that come down the hillside now and then. The owner is very friendly and goes out of his way to be helpful. There is a water cooler in the kitchen that we found very useful.
We recommend this villa to anyone who wants a tranquil holiday break.
We have booked again for next year

i have just returned from fig tree villa, it was amaziing. peace and tranquilty.
i would certainly recommend this villa. it was beautiful.
we stayed here for a week and it wasnt enough.
there were 4 bedrooms, all were decorated lovley and the air con was a bonus.
the pool was fantastic and enjoyed spending the days in there.
we had the car which came with the villa which was great it saved on the hastle of car hire.
the owner was a great guy and told us all about the village and its history. i will definatly be going back next year.
thank you fig tree villa for the best holiday ever.

Fantastic New Villa on the outskirts of Foulisa

We were blown away by the thought and detail in this villa all en suites and modern equipment Although spoiled by everything being so new and clean The views from all rooms are to die for no sound except the stillness and the birds song and although a car is essential you can walk for miles from the Villa.
We don`t think there is a pool to rival this for depth and size. Ideal for couples on an escape holiday or families with children who can swim or are confident with arm bands. Nicked named the Cyprus air force large wasp like flies around but they don`t bother you and you get used to them.
The little shop in Peristrona is a delight and Polis has a wonderful square of cafes restaurants and shops don`t miss the fresh fish shop just outside the sq on the way to the beach. We will certainly be back.
