  • Confirm your booking within 7 days of enquiry for EXTRA 5% DISCOUNT off published prices! A 20% non refundable deposit is required to confirm booking. Deposit secures your required dates, which are then removed from the advertising site as 'booked', Full balance is payable 10 weeks prior to holiday. Payments can be made via cheque or bank transfer. Security bond of 100 GBP for damages but fully refundable, small crockery breakages are not considered damage. Bookings of less than 10 weeks prior to departure full balance required. We respond to enquiries within 24 hours whenever possible. We accept bookings from couples and families only, We do not cater for all male or all female groups. e.g., hen/stag parties. Remember to use the holiday rental guarantee scheme provided by holiday rentals for extra peace of mind. Please book day flights wherever possible as we cannot guarantee delayed check outs for night flights.
  • Pool cleaned twice weekly. Clean linen and towels provided weekly. On Call maintenance provided. We do not charge any extra for air con but please use wisely and do not leave on with doors open or when villa is empty as it is very expensive to run. This will help us keep our rental costs low for future renters. New pergola built 2009 to provide shaded area by the pool.

Notes: No smoking in the villa. Children should be supervised using the pool at all times by a responsble adult for their safety. Towels are for pool use only and not for the beach. Views from the pool/villa are spectacular. The infinity pool is large and set to the side of the villa. The villa is set within its own private grounds, with lawned front garden. All kitchen appliances are modern. Air conditioning to all rooms included in price but ensure doors are closed if air con is on to save energy and keep rental costs low. Pefkos resort is within walking distance but car hire is highly recommended due to steep inclines to and from Pefkos. Roads to villa are roadworthy for vehicles. We do not provide baby cots for health and safety reasons and recommend customers bring their own travel cots for babies but can provide a highchair if requested. discounted car rental: Car hire essential to get to and from villa. Pefkos is only a few minutes drive away but walking involves steep inclines from Pefkos resort to villa so we highly recommend car hire. Discounted car rental is available with local Greek car hire company. who will deliver your car to you at airport on arrival and collect from airport on departure. All new cars with full insurance included in price.

price promise: Prices have been reduced in most cases to make them competitively priced despite the villa being in a much sought after location, fully modern and within its own private grounds with larger than average private pool. Prices are negotiable if holiday is between 2 months, e.g., part June, part July dates etc., We always take this into consideration and are prepared to find a reasonable price between the two months on a pro rata basis. Already fully booked for 2009 but new customers booking in 2010 can also take advantage of no price increases if they rebook in 2011 for the same month and duration.

Beautiful villa and gorgeous location, would recommend this property to a friend. Peaceful surroundings and a great place to get away from it all. Accurate description, car hire definitely needed as lots of interesting sights to see.

This is a very good villa.; situated on the outskirts of Pefkos in lovely area of Rhodes Walking distance to a lovely unspoilt beach and within 5 minutes of Pefkos Town. The views are great and the feeling of being undisturbed, despite being close to other villas. The pool is fabulous and self catering easy as the kitchen is very well equipped.
The owners provided lots of information and assistance to those who have not been to Rhodes. The villa was exactly as described.. We would definately return

We stayed in this villa in June 2009. The villa is lovely, clean and spacious with everything you need. The pool is spectacular and our children spent every spare minute in there. The owners are extremely helpful and have catered for their guests in a very personal way, (the food in the fridge was very welcome when we arrived at 10.30pm at night!). They also offer a meet and greet service which was invaluable if you arrive late at night. A car is essential as the villa is situated high up but the views are fantastic.

Janet,Roy,Eileen and Richard stayed at villa Rose in May 2009. Lovely spacious accommodation and a good size pool which is cleaned by Steve twice a week. Had a wonderful time very relaxing due to the location being quiet and away from the town of Pefkos.Car needed as the villa is about 30 mins walk into pefkos and the nearest supermarket.We would recommend Villa Rose for a lovely holiday away from it all.
