Easy walking to beaches, fishing harbour, marina, restaurants and town centre. Everything you need is within walking distance. Diving enthusiasts can dive the Zenobia 1000 metres off shore. Perfect location for all ages, whether you want night-life or peace and quiet in this delightful friendly town, something for all ages. Bars, restaurants, shops, local markets and St Lazarus Church all within easy walking distance. If you want to see the Island, Larnaca is ideally situated for land or sea sightseeing. You can even enjoy a boat ride from Larnaca marina.

Middle bedroom has two single beds, ideal for children. The other double bedroom has an en-suite shower room and its own sun terrace. All of the bedrooms have plenty of wardrobe space, mirrors and bed side tables. Cots available on request. In addition, there are two large double sofa beds in the lounge.

Notes: Children are welcome but be aware that there is a large terraced area on this fifth floor penthouse, so you would need to be vigilant and keep them away from the rails. Suitable for elderly or wheelchair bound. No steps in and life straight up to penthouse. Flat gentle walk down to sea 400 metres away. Prefer non smokers but if you have the occasional cigarette on the terrace, as long as no one minds and you clear up the evidence, probably OK.

This clean and stylish apartment provided a perfect home-from-home for our family for 3 weeks this summer. Just 5 minutes from Larnaka airport but no aircraft noise. 3 good-sized bedrooms sleep 6 (twin + two doubles) plus 2 double sofabeds in the lounge. Our two children are teenagers and enjoyed their own bedrooms and the closeness to the town beach by day and the finikoudes bars and restaurants by night - just a 7 minute walk to the seafront. The area around the apartment is quiet and residential. Access: the lift takes you up to the top floor - there are just 2 or 3 steps up from the road to the front of the building. Large terrace is railed around but safety concerns could be stressful for parents of young children. Views to the sea and across the town are lovely. We cooked a few times in the kitchen which has everything needed for family meals - plenty of crockery and equipment and a large fridge. Washing machine really useful. Shaded parking space is convenient, although not suitable for a large vehicle. We paid for additional cleaning during our stay - thorough. We would choose this as a preferred accommodation for our next trip to Cyprus.

This is an absolutley gorgeous place to stay- I would recommend it to everyone. The pictures don't do it justice, the apartment is modern, new and comfortable. It has ocean views, a massive terrace, it is very close to the sea front and restaurants and shops but is also so quiet and relaxing. v. reasonably priced. There is a good range of restaurants in walking distance. Will def be going back again next year.

Perfect peace in a residential area amongst lovely Cypriot people. 2 minute walk to beach, you can go for nice walks along the beach and promenade in either direction. Very safe. Bars and restaurants are superb and so much to choose from.
Sunbathing on the fab terrace, sea breeze, looking out to sea, what more could you ask for.
Beautifully furnished, everything you need, loads of space, clean and new.
