This traditional farmhouse is just a short walk from the centre of Tias which is popular with holidaymakers for its excellent location and for being well stocked with all the usual amenities. A short drive, past the stunning, brand new golf course, brings you to Lanzarotes best established resort of Puerto del Carmen where you will find some beautiful golden sandy beaches and vibrant nightlife. At approximately 300 years old Casa Bermudez oozes charm but its thorough renovation in '06 ensures that it has all mod cons. The opulent sitting room with its 4 metre high timbered ceilings and baronial fireplace is the only room which doesnt lead off the stunning open air centre courtyard typical of this type of property. The garden has a large dining area which surveys the private heated pool, on to the mountains at Yaiza and across the Atlantic to the island of Fuerteventura. With its overwhelming charm and great location Casa Bermudez is the place to experience the best of Lanzarote.

Nearest Beach: beach at 5.0 Kilometres

Tias is well stocked with good quality bars and restaurants but also benefits from a selection of amenities including banks, doctors surgery, pharmacies and supermarkets. The nearest supermarket is less than a 5 minute walk away. There's plenty to entertain the kids too with playgrounds and a very modern football stadium. The, very close, resort of Puerto del Carmen has a large designer shopping centre as well as a huge choice of bars, restaurants and night clubs and a wealth of golden sandy beaches. The club house of the brand new golf course is only a few minutes drive away and the more established golf course at Costa Teguise is about 15 minutes away. Tias is also a great location to explore Lanzarote. The fire mountains, Cesar Manriques house and the wine fields of La Geria are all less than 15 minutes drive away and Cuevas de los verdes, The Cactus gardens of Mala and Jameos del agua are only 10 minutes further on. Tias is a fabulous location for a holiday to please everyone.

Just returned from a fantastic holiday at Casa Bermudez. A very clean and very quite place to stay we did not want to come home at all. We have never had a villa holiday before but what a way to start! The Villa was very quiet with pool, gardens and terrace checked reglarly. We tried a villa holiday as we were getting so tired of having to reserve sunbeds every day at hotels we will never want to go back to that again! A villa holiday is so much more relaxing. Cannot praise this place enough. We loved it.

I had no idea Lanzarote could be so good. The decor is superb, the house is truely beautiful and the standards are high. We will be coming back.
