Completed in 2007 Villa Helia sits on top of a small hill just above the sea side village resort of Almyrida. Its fantastic, peaceful and private location means panoramic views across olive slopes to the sea and mountains. The villa is complemented by a beautiful pool (10m by 5m) and a large patio area where you can enjoy the views during the day and the star filled sky at night. The villa is light and airy enhanced with large picture windows and ceiling fans throughout. All the bedrooms have air conditioning. The open plan lounge/kitchen has all that you will need for a perfect holiday. There are CD , DVD players and books for your use The ground floor double bedroom opens out on the patio. Adjacent is a shower room and toilet, with wash basin. On the first floor there are 2 further bedrooms , 1 double and 1 twin,as well as a full bathroom with bath and shower , sink and WC. Each bedroom has a very large private balcony with fantastic sea, mountain and countryside views

Further afield, there is a water park at Limnoupolis, the biggest karting track in Crete, opportunities for boat trips from the harbour at Chania and historical sights such as the World War 2 Allied and German cemeteries.
