The house is very close to downtown Naples and the magnificent beaches, yet has a quiet, tropical setting overlooking a lake and natural preserve. There are very few homes that offer this amount of space and luxury with over three thousand square feet of accommodation over two floors. Special features of the house include the triple garage and brick paver driveway, the granite kitchen with extra large kitchen units, top specification cooker, hob and in-built microwave, ice-making fridge/freezer and dishwasher, plantation shutters and tiled floors/natural wooden floors, all adding to the upscale tropical ambience. Upstairs, the spacious loft provides an exclusive retreat for adults, whilst the master bedroom with private balcony and bathroom with oversize shower and jacuzzi are particularly special.

This home is about eight minutes from all the sophisticated attractions of Naples including 5th Avenue and 3rd Street shops and restaurants. Naple’s eight miles of pristine beaches are easily accessible and we are happy to direct you to the best spots. Naples is also known for its special downtown area - we point you in the direction of the best restaurants and shops as fans of both This home is excellently managed by our home managers who live nearby. Just wanted to thank you for the wonderful villa. We all enjoyed an excellent holiday. The HD TV converted even our non sporting family to baseball, and the pool enabled us to enjoy our own sports in the water on a regular basis. A lovely outlook for breakfast and enough space to follow our own pursuits indoors in the evenings.
Everything worked and the recommendations both from yourselves and previous guests never steered us wrong.
Thank you for the welcome drinks on arrival. We arrived very late in the evening and this personal touch got our stay off to a good start.
As a regular visitor to Naples, we hope to return again next year and for many years to come.
