The apartment has spacious living and dining accommodation and guests can enjoy the stunning views of Avoriaz from the balconies. La Caleche is located in the HEART OF MORZINE VILLAGE with a supermarket, restaurants, bus stop, boulangerie, patisserie all within 100m from the door. Ski lifts to Le Plenney and Super Morzine are within easy walking distance from the front door. The local tennis courts and swimming pool are also only 5 minute walk away.

Ski Hire: Morzine has many ski hire and rental facilities. Inter sport is only a couple of doors up from our apartment. The ski bus passes the front door of the apartment and the ski lift to the slopes is only a few hundred metres away.

Golf: There are a number of golf courses in the area, the closest being at Les Gets and at Avoriaz.

Walking: Morzine is a perfect destination for summer walking holidays. Many of the ski lifts and mountain restaurants are open during the summer months which allow the novice or well seasoned rambler to access the mountains. There are many recognised routes to walk which include beautiful alpine meadows, river valleys, and mountain ridges whilst taking in the beautiful scenery of the French Alps.

Stayed in this apartment with group of friends last September 2008, what a great location,set right in the heart of the village of Morzine.Everything on your doorstep. Apartment is brand new and has all modern appliances including a inc. Sky TV !! and a Sauna. All rooms comfortable and the owners were very friendly -organising transfers, hire of equipement etc.I have booked to stay again in 2009 during the Ski season...can't wait!
