Tuscan farm in old stones in the heart of Tuscany, easy to reach from Pisa airport by the Motorway. It has been recently restored with loving regard fro its original style and spirit. Statiano farm offers: 5 double bedrooms ensuite, 2 apartments for 3/4 people with two separate bedrooms, a bath, cooking facilities and a private terrace. 2 Apartments for 4/5 people with two separate bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a living room with cooking facilities and a private area in the large courtyard. Breakfast and dinner with farm's own products swimming pool. Reading room with fire place. 23 km from the coast. 18 from the ancient town of Volterra Twice a week dinner with our products and delicacies of the valley (such as pappa al pomodoro, truffles, wild boar), cooking lessons. Production of Sangiovese red wine and olive oil that we sell in the farm. Rela. Beyond the better known larger cities, Tuscany is even made up of hundreds of small clustered hills town, such as in this valley.

Fattoria di Statiano is on hour's drive from Pisa airport by motorway. From A12 Exit Rosignano Marittimoand then take the direction of Cecina nord. From Cecina nord, take to Volterra, and before reaching Volterra, turn right once You are in Ponteginori and straight on for 5 km direction Micciano. Volterra, the ancient Etruscan town (one of the oldest in Italy) is only 15 km, the coast is 25minutes'drive. San Gimignano is less then one hour's drive.The famous vineyard region of Bolgheri is less then 40 minutes'drive. A regional park is surrounding our farm. Beyond the better known larger cities, Tuscany, and especially this part is made up of hundreds of small clustered hills towns, with its lovely churches, piazzas and lovely churches, ancient architecture, You will find rural art often worthy of the finest city museum.

OUR PRODUCTION: In our 150 hectars of agricultural land we grown olive oil, red wine Sangiovese and Canaiolo, and for our host we have a garden for our vegetables such as tomatoes, potatoes and delicious fruits. We sell them at the farm, but You can find them in some local restaurants.

SPECIAL DINNER: Twice a week we prepare special dinners with our products and other delicacies of the vally. You will test mostly Tuscan recepies such as : Pappa al pomodoro, panzanella, ribollita, pollo alla cacciatora, and cantuccini e vin santo. We prepare also some quick dinner to eat at Your apartment.

COOKING LESSONS: We run cooking lessons, and we can organize 5 days for groups of minimum 8 people with Tuscan cuisine
