Luxury Spanish detached villa. This detached villa is furnished to a high standard and is situated in a commanding plot on an exclusive development. There are fantastic uninterrupted views to the Mediterranean sea, ample outside terraces for dining or lounging by the private pool. There is also a fantastic large hot tub on the roof top terrace. Downstairs there is an open plan lounge/dining area with Free view satellite TV, DVD, feature fireplace and sumptuous leather sofas, dining table and chairs. Modern fitted kitchen with oven, hob, fridge freezer and microwave. There is a double bedroom, twin bedroom, shower room and family bathroom with washing machine on the ground floor (ideal for elderly family members). Upstairs there is a master bedroom, twin bedroom and further bathroom. There is a door from each bedroom leading onto the upper terrace and hot tub as well as patio doors from the landing area. The villa is fully air-conditioned and has marble floors throughout living area.

This luxury villa is on Niza Beach which is situated next to the coast on the Costa Del Sol just 3km from Torre del Mar. The villa is within walking distance to the nearby beach and has excellent connections to the highway. In Torre Del Mar there is a large sandy beach backed by a long, wide promenade which links up with Caleta de Velez. There are numerous international restaurants - so there is something for everyone! 10 mins drive from the villa there is a large shopping mall with 10-pin bowling alley and food court. Across the road from the mall is AquaVelez, a large water park. There are two 18 hole golf courses close by. This area is an excellent base from which to explore Andalusia and the Costa Del Sol. Granada and it’s fabulous Alhambra can be reached in under 2hrs as can the snow-capped mountains of the Sierra Nevada which is famous for its excellent skiing.

  • 25% non-returnable deposit. Balance due 8 weeks before the start of your holiday. A £300 returnable damage bond deposit should also be paid at this time.N.B we only accept family bookings i.e no stag or hen parties.If guests require the use of the hot tub then an additional fee of £25 is required to cover filling,chemical,heating costs etc.A two week stay is £40.Guests do not normally require the hot tub in the summer months as it's too hot!
  • Welcome pack is available to all guests on arrival. Access to the villa is from 1600hrs and guests are asked to vacate no later than 1000hrs.Meet & greet is provided but please note guests arriving after 20.00hrs will be required to pay a 30 euro surcharge increasing to 50 euro after 10 pm directly payable on arrival to villa management.

There is off road parking for 2 cars at the front of the property. Bed linen, bath towels, hand towels and tea towels are provided clean at the beginning of the holiday. Beach towels are NOT provided.
